Basically I read a book some year ago. It was titled "American star" or "Hollywood star" or something along those lines. It is a book about a young boy who lived with his father in caravan park and he met a girl in a new school and they made a baby. Their town gets destroyed by a storm and the young boy and his friend(s) took a journey to Hollywood to become stars, while the girl went on the same way but running away from home because of pregnancy.

in Hollywood he becomes a big star but he keeps searching for that girl from his boyhood and the guy is never seen happy. The girl on the other side never finds happiness inlove as well.

I need the tittle and author of this book. Anyone to help me please

Do you think it was a funny joke? Should God be takes seriously if he can play such jokes on his people just for amusement? Imagine how Abraham's son was feeling when his father said 'Hey son,. I got a funniest story ever, hahahaha, you know God, He is forever funny. Do you know he just said I should kill you. You are so lucky it was just a joke...

Also is it possible that all these people who claim to hear God speak are just hearing voices in their heads? As in schizo's? Going to kill your son because "God" said so sounds like a schizophrenic behavior to me

Yes that is right. i am asking you to provide evidence that what you say does not exist really does not exist... Show me how does it not exist. show me some proof

I was recently tracked down by a tracking agent and he told me I have some money from the master court and that I need to submit my documents to claim it. I went into the master court website and took the number from there and called them, They indeed confirmed that the money was there and told me which documents to submit.

Now the tracking agent told me i should give him 10% of the money once the claim is successful. I then asked him if the money will not be automatically deducted from the claim, he said no, i need to transfer it from my account, this seems dodgy and i do not trust this guy. So what should I tell him? I am 98% sure that I am not supposed to give him anything, by law. But ho do i get him off my back as he keeps calling me and asking about the progress on the claim

I am 25. My mother has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Now I learned that having a parent that has it increases your chances. Now know what schizophrenia is, that If I may hear voices in m heard they would not be real. So given what I know wouldn't it be easier for me to control the voices since I would just shuush them (kinda).

Basically what I am asking is if I am aware of what schizophrenia can I still have a severe case of it?

like dreams, magic, karma, fortune tellers, palm reading, ghosts etc?

I do not believe in anything supernatural, I believe that everything happens by chance. No one or nothing can foretell the future, nothing can predict anything and all people just die and are non existent after they are dead. How about you?

i am an atheist and i hate being called a Satanist because most people (actually everyone I have heard calling me that) was a Christian who wanted to label me as "evil" since i dot believe in God

Given that an apple gets breathing things (worms) living in it after it's rotten. These worms do not come from anywhere, they just form and multiply in the apple

So can't we use the same logic as to how humans and animals came to be?

I just refuse to believe that anyone would be here everyday for a more than 2 weeks and still have no doubt at all about God and his existance

I recently joined a band that sings gospel music. It is not in church, that is why i joined and also because i love singing gospel music. So far it has been good, when we do music we do music, no one talks about God or Jesus or that kind of stuff. I am happy they are like that because i was afraid i would be uncomfortable when they start talking about how God is good etc.

So now my problem is none of the band members know that i am an atheists. This other lady yesterday randomly asked me which church i go to... at first i did not want to lie at the same time i do not want her to start bad mouthing me because i might get kicked out or things could be awkward within the band.. so i ended up lying to her.

What i need is an answer that will get questions like that off my case and i will not have to explain myself
