Why am I getting so much more speed than I'm paying for?
When I connect my new cable modem to my desktop with a LAN cable, I get download speeds of 190-280mbps down and 20mbps up. When I use wireless I get around 50mbps down and 20mbps up. I'm just paying for 50mbps service. I've tested the speed on over a dozen speed test sites.

Anybody have any what kind of dog this guy is?
His name is Wally, and he is six year old. He showed up in my driveway when he was what we guess was only 4-5 weeks old. He was a very tiny puppy and still had the solid blue eyes. Now, he stands 31" inches high at the shoulders, is 5'3" long from the tip of his nose to his butt where the tail starts. Wally weighs in at approx. 110 lbs. He is actually very lean and very fast, he is able to out run almost any other dog except for a Greyhound. He is very energetic, very intelligent and very friendly and playful. Even though he is six, he is still very playful like a puppy. Wally has thick jet black fur, with a white spot on his chest and two small white spots on his feet. His rib cage is V shaped like a greyhounds, he has very long legs and giant size feet. Wally also seems to think he can talk, and if you talk to him he often answers back with all kinds of sounds I've never heard any other dog make.

I like onions on or cooked into most things. I like onions on hamburgers, hot dogs, chili, on taco's, fajita's, on Bar B Que and I like onions cooked in almost any food, I even like to eat purple onions raw.
But, for some reason, I can't stand the taste of onions on Pizza.

It's one thing all religions seem to agree, is that god wants you to wear a hat.
I mean it can be a big ol pope hat, or little beany or just a towel rapped around you head.
If you go outside God wants you to wear a hat.

Dreamed that I was in a past life and my brother and I settled (we didn't look anything like we do today) some land out in the Ohio country. This was around 1802 and we were going to clear land to grow corn and make whiskey. Most of the dream was just the farming and making whiskey part, very mundane. One day some old guy shows up while I'm working next to a creek and we start to argue, over what I can't remember, all of a sudden, I whip out a tomahawk I always carry, bash the old guy's skull in and throw his body in the creek. Then the dream just goes on with more farming and whiskey making.This dream was so real, only things that can happen in real life happened, no talking horses, no flying cars. Real smells, real color, the real smell of blood. I wonder if I committed a murder in a past life?

About 60% (I keep logs) of my dreams, I'm not even in them. They are about people I've never seen or met before.
In these dreams, I'm just the unseen observer, like an invisible movie camera floating above the dream and just watching it play out.
I'm not looking for an interruption. I already know what it means. Which I can't explain to you here with only 4651 characters left, but if you want to learn what it means, start with some YouTube videos of Alan Watts.

Why does the GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3 have a parallel port, it a LGA1155 MB and it has a parallel port? I haven't used a printer with a parallel port since 96 or 97 and haven't seen a motherboard with one in years and can't imagine why there would be one on an LGA1155 MB. Is this just some oddity for Legacy hardware? If so, why not an IDE and floppy connector too?

I kinda like Tiger because almost every time I order something it comes from either Chicago or Atlanta and since I live almost right between the two, if I order before 1pm and UPS ground, I get it the next day before noon. (may not hurt that the main UPS hub is only 30 miles down the road)

My seventeen week old golden retriver will eat almost anything and he likes carrots, apples and bananas. My other 3 dogs won't touch these things. I know not to feed him grapes.
I have just given him a few pieces of fruit and vegies as a small snack. His main meals are Dogfood.
