Every time I wax my hair, it just goes straight up but I want to get it like the picture above. Not like bieber, but just a bend in the front.

The bumps are very small (like 2 ml in diameter) and they hurt like crap. But only when I eat or gargle with any kind of liquid. Right now, I also have a sore throat, if that helps in any way, and had a 103 fever about 5 days ago. Any help appreciated, thanks guys.
