I'm an ex smoker myself and god I am happy for that! Not only because I feel healthier, but also because I don't have to undergo the public bullying that is going on right now.

Non smokers: you now have what you wanted: smoke free pubs and restaurants... Why keep bullying and patronizing those who smoke? The only thing you will achieve is that smokers will light another one.

My question is not about whether the smoking ban is right or wrong, neither about whether smoking is bad for you - we all know this.

My question is about bullying. Is it just human nature to bully those who are considered outcast (and now with the help of the government) or is it really justified to say such nasty things to smokers?

I love my mom to bits, she is great!

We went through a lot of different stages. I was a difficult teenager and she had to deal with heavy marriage problems.

I often made her laugh during these periods and listened to her and discussed her problems (even whether she should or should not leave him).

Equally, she has always been there for me with her comforting words when we talk and her support. I respect her for how she raised me and my sister and really think she is the greatest person.

But, when we see things differently, I wonder if we respect each others opinions as equal... If we disagree, I am the child again, even though i'm 29.

Do you think there should be equal respect when we agree and should the child always respect mothers when we disagree?

We want - profession, period of history & where in the world you would be. And it has to be from your gut reaction.

Have 3 cool job offers and lots of friends and familiy there who I seriously miss. But London's so cool and diverse and prefer English men over Dutch guys. Serious dilemma ;-)

Just watching this docu on channel four and it's absolutely shocking to see, that drinking twice a week can already cause serious problems to your liver. It's expected that in 20 years a huge amount of people will have a (deadly) liver diease...

Just wonering what you think about this and if it will make you drink less.
