I got a ticket for possession of a controlled substance. (One-hitter; empty). Cannot afford atty right now. I'm considering pleading NOT GUILTY, which I'm really not (guildty). However, it was in my vehicle, tho many people had been in my vehicle over the holidays. Should I ask for a continuance and then seek advise of counsel to give me more time. First offense; I'm 55 y/o and don't need this on my record. How would I explain this to my 17 y/0 grandson??? Please advise...serious only. Attorney response would be nice.

No external mouse; using mousepad on laptop. I used to be able to scroll the page by sliding my finger down the right or bottom edge of the mousepad and now I can't. What happened? A bizzillion programs/utilities open when I start my computer. How do I remove them from startup. It takes a very long time to startup and to shutdown.
