Solve: x^3 - 4x^2 + x + 6=0?
Directions are to find all of the real solutions to the problem. I've tried completing the square and factoring, but I guess I'm messing up with the arithmetic, so if anyone could show their work and everything, I would greatly appreciate it:)

I'm a religious studies scholar and after seeing the relationship between society and religion, I'm wondering what is the deal with virgins and marriage! Especially in the Hindu culture. I'd like to know whether anyone has any idea about sex before marriage that is mentioned in any Indian text. Tantra doesn't really count, but it does encourage using the body to liberate oneself from the body. So please help me out, and let me know whether this thing is a social taboo or a religious one for a good reason:)

This was originally a word problem: The sum of the reciprocals of two consecutive even numbers is 9/40. What are the 2 numbers?
I've translated the problem already and I've checked in the back of the book, the answers are 8 and 10, but when I solve out the equation, I can't get 8 and 10! Help would be greatly appreciated:)

This is a basic algebra question I need help with. Solve using any method to get the real answer. So far, I've only been able to narrow it down to "4x^2 - 9x + 2" through multiplying both sides by x^2. The answer in the back said 1/4, 2 but when I use quadratic formula or complete the square, I don't get the same answer(s). Please help!

I heard Cocoa Butter can remove dark spots over time, but I have this Love Spell body butter from Victoria's Secret, and I'm wondering if it'll help in the same way.
