Hello ALL, here's my story:

I am a 49 year old peri-menopausal woman. I work out 3x a week. I don't eat white sugar, white pasta or white bread! I eat very well & yet I feel as if I need to be somewhere AWAY from humankind! I take VERY high-end vitamins, including calcium. My family doesn't know what to expect from me, on a day to day basis!

Having said that, below are the symptoms I am experiencing, as we speak:

1. Sleep Deprivation

2. Anger/Rage

3. Lethargic

4. Insecure

5. Stressed Out

6. Body Aches

7. Irrational Behavior

8. Mean/BAD Temper

9. Uncontrollable Rapid Heartbeats

10. Isolated

11. Depressed

12. Hot Flashes between my breasts

13. Unfocused

14. Bouts Of Crying

I don't understand how any woman can get through/got through such a TUMULTUOUS time in her life, without being institutionalized! Ladies (or anyone for that matter) please help me, I know, some of you all have been through this & can offer me some very valuable tips! I don't know how much more of this HELL on Earth, I can take!

OMT: I am flat-out REFUSING to take HRT!

There are at least 35 documented PM & M symptoms & TONS of undocumented ones. That being said, what can a woman due to COMBAT some of the symptoms?

HRT is NOT an option! Please provide helpful tips; I. E. exercise, eating a nutritious diet, less salt & sugar, less stress, vitamins, etc.

This is an extremely debilitating time for women; yet it's the best kept secret!

In case you haven't heard, The PB jackpot for Wednesday 11-28-12 is an astounding 425 Million Big Ones!

That being said, I would spend it as such:

First & Foremost, I would head to the nearest airport with my closest friends & family members in tow, en route to a remote INTERNATIONAL island!

Secondly, upon my arrival back to the US, I would hire two of each: Attorneys, Doctors, Therapists, Accountants & PR Specialists!

Lastly, I would go on a $3 Million $$$$ shopping spree with those same closest friends & family members! The first thing I would buy for me personally, would be a 2013 Lexus RX 450h!

There you have it!

Hello ALL: I am a bona-fide peri-menopausal woman in my late 40s! I am doing everything right! I eat right, exercise, take high-end vitamins, etc in order to COMBAT some of the many, many peri-menopausal symptoms!

Having said that, I still feel the remnants of MANY of the symptoms very often, as a matter of fact, DAILY!

Last night, I had somewhat severe heart palpitations & thought about going to the ER. I decided to PRAY over myself & they subsided somewhat!

Which brings me to this question: At what age were your SYMPTOMS the absolute worse, I'm talking almost unbearable?

Every day, I don't know how I am going to feel or how to feel, at best.

Last night, I was watching a segment on Suze's Orman's show, entitled: "What keeps you up at night" & became very intrigued with the viewers' comments!

Having said that, soooo... many people are sleep-deprived! Which brings me, like Suze Orman to this question, "Why are they sleep-deprived?"

Could it be one or two of the following: A newborn baby, credit card debt, personal debt, your health, the health of a loved-one, unemployment, a cheating spouse, sex-deprived, overdue bills, peri-menopause/menopause, mid-life crisis, unloved, unappreciated, teenagers, taking care of aging parent(s), alcoholism, drugs, your job, foot pain, etc.

Donald misguided, misinformed Trump, what will he think of next? This guy is soooo... callous, racist & hateful, it makes me sick to my stomach!

Soooo... the much anticipated I-Phone 5 will be making its debut very shortly.

Having said that, Rotten Apples have gone out of their way to discredit the competition, Samsung & its newest cell phone, The Galaxy 3 S.

I am a PROUD owner of the Samsung Galaxy 3 S & it is a fantastic phone! I bought it ALL of 2 weeks ago & every time I use it, I am AMAZED at best! The phone's graphics, screen size & clarity are impeccable!

I am extremely happy I didn't SUCCUMB to the I-phone craze!

A LOT of areas in the US have experience an ongoing Heat Wave, that being said, I have seen a TON (no pun intended) of LARGER women wearing Daisy Dukes that look as if their daughters should be wearing them!

For the record, I am NOT trying to verbally ATTACK larger women, I'm just curious!
