I used to love going to aerobics classes 10-15 years ago, simple routines, loads of crunches etc & want to buy a DVD of something similar but looking on Amazon I'm more than a bit bewildered - I don't fancy bootcamp type programs & found Latinasize mindblowing (no natural dance ability whatsoever !!!!) .... any suggestions ??

My cat's two favourite tricks are sneaking into my bathroom & sitting directly behind me so when I step back I nearly fall over them & going downstairs ahead of me but pausing on random steps so I have to sidestep them at the last minute or grab the bannister to avoid stepping on them, they seem to do this more when I am carrying stuff....

My husband says he has been coaching them (!!!) could this be true, is it only a matter of time before my Omen cats cause me to break my neck ??!!

Or should it be dry-cleaned ?

It has no label, as I strongly suspect my husband ripped it off (thanks honey !!) I'm worried about it shrinking/going lumpy etc ....

Do you prefer that their songs sound like the album or is it better to hear them do a different version ?

Is it all about the show, crowd interaction, atmosphere - is lypsynching an acceptable trade off for a stunning dance routine or is it a total rip off (I think it's a total con !!!)

What do you enjoy at a concert ?

I can understand people wanting to be wealthy, but the cost of losing their privacy along with inevitable tabloid humiliation over any failed venture/love affair/misconstrued comments/drunk photos etc seems way too high price to pay to me - there are other ways to get rich, they may take a bit more work, but what do other people think ??

just bought a breadmaker & found white high gluten 'bread flour' ok but struggling on the wholemeal front, I'm British & don't know what I should be looking for as none of the flours are called strong ... ??
