I keep having repetitive nightmares =( Help!?
For a month and a half now I keep having these repititious nightmares about people I used to know who have betrayed me in some way or another, sometimes they'll be agressive from me or these other people or just emotionally wrenching. I can't get any rest and barely sleep. Any advice?

After your broken up with it feels like the time period last forever that you're torn to pieces. I usually am not attached to people but I wonder depending on how long you've been connected with someone how long you should give yourself
I.E.- Dating for a year- 3 months
-Crush for a year- 2 months
