I passed my CBT and rode a 50cc moped 10 years ago on a provisional license. This was a 6 month fad and then never passed any tests etc afterwards.

I have moved several times since and have no paperwork or reference numbers or anything. Also married and changed name.

I want to do my motorcycle test and have been looking into getting a new license to do this.

i cant find any info anywhere on whether i apply for a whole new license or is it a renewal? or what??? need some help!

I have PCOS. I have regular ish periods. Longest cycle is 31 days and shortest was 25 days, an average of 28 days. If i were to go off a regular 28 day cycle i would have been due to ovulate on Wed. I have cysts on both ovaries.

I dont believe i usually ovulate from previously using opks. But today i have had a stabbing pain all day where i would think my left ovary is.

Do you think i am ovulating this month hence the pain????

Or is it just painful cos of the cysts? Though i normally only get a tiny pain round the time of possible ov. nothing like this. Though its not hurting to the point where i have had to take painkillers.

Have BD mon, wed and will be later!

I have an appointment with a specialist in 2 weeks (CD 29). So will be asking then.... but in the mean time.... you lot will do :oP

Have just been diagnosed with PCOS by an ultrasound scan. Cysts on ovaries, slight excess hair as well as thinning, and weight gain.

LH and FSH are apparently normal (?) according to GP from the blood tests i have had.

My GP knows very little about this condition... all he spouted was about losing weight... i'm 10 stone and size 14.... yeah could lose weight but i dont think this will magically make me pregnant when i dont believe i am ovulating! I have used opks for months and never seen more than a very faint line, no where near the test line.

My questions basically are... is the referal to Gynae the right thing? Do you think they will prescribe me clomid? and/or metformin?

Ultra sound lady today has told me i have PCOS. Got a docs appointment to discuss results of ultrasound and blood tests.

I have loads of different questions to ask...

First off... can anyone explain it in simple terms for my husband. He cant get his head round all the information.

I think i get it but not well enough to explain it to someone else.

I am just into the obese category apparently says the doc... size 14 12 stone 5'4 inches

Didnt realise i had any symptoms till i researched after being diagnosed... had the thinning hair at temples, dandruff, moods, lack of sex drive, weight gain, bloating, hair growth from below naval.

What treatment do u think i would need?

Clomid? Metformin? Both?

Discussed everything at docs wed. Had a blood test Thurs.

Doctor said come back in month to discuss results. Nurse who took the blood said all results would be back in 2 weeks.

Also been refferred for an ultra sound on my ovaries.

Just wondering if anyone else is going through this right now? Or been through it recently...

Could do with some support... My husbands great but its not the same as someone who has been through the same things.

Please be as detailed as possible... i want to be prepared for every eventuality when i get my results back...

I'm 4 days late but still testing negative...

I know it could still go either way... AF late or just not enough HCG to be detected yet....

Going to get a docs appointment (UK) for a blood test if it gets to a week late and still no BFP.

I would like to know about what to expect when i speak to the GP... what Q will they ask? What do i need to tell them? What happens next?

Been at my current job 2 years. Love it but its really far away and not much money. Its hard to make ends meet. If i stay in this job would have to go back to work asap and put baby in nursery.

We're trying for a baby... due on period in a week. so may or may not be pregnant. Been trying 9 months.

My question is if i started this job financially how will that leave us? What am i entitled too etc? what with not being there long.

But also a friend has told me that being there under a year they may not keep a job open for me when i go off on maternity. This worries me.

But obviously i dont want to mention it in interview as i dont think i;d get the job if i did!!!

Its call centre work by the way, nothing strenious! So would be perfectly capable to do it pregnant or other wise.

Will be reading all information given to me if i get offered a job but wont ask any Q.

Found out on sunday that my husbands best mates wife is pregnant again......

Our 4 yr old cat Bubba is scared of our tiny new kitten Lily.

Hes a young playful 4 yr old so i thought he'd like the company but hes not taking to her at all.

She not bothered by him. Has only aproached him within a metre then he hisses and spits.

Was going to get the hairdresser to put it in a quiff (like i usually have) but have pony tail curly hair extensions clipped in to extend my normal hair. But my fiance doesnt like "fake hair"...

I'm in the UK and after replying to someone elses Q about this i realise i dont have a clue!!!

In what order do people enter? We cant have a rehersal at the place though we might arrange a mock one just so we all know whats going on.
