I'm looking for a song I heard today but don't know who sings it.?
It has the words 'love maker, heart breaker, soul shaker..'
It sounds fairly NEW, maybe sung by an African American woman, slow'ish beat.
I've tried to find it using those words on the net but can't find it.
Like I said, it sounds classy, sassy, slow beat at least fairly new (or maybe a couple of years old),and sung by a woman.

3 AnswersLyrics6 years agoShould we as a species place a global population cap on ourselves?
It's obvious that this ball of rock we call home can only sustain a certain population. Even with green energy, renewable food sources etc.
Until we colonize other planets, it is folly to just let the population spiral out of control. I can't see ANY government agreeing to this (however China does have its's one child policy) because we have implemented a global financial system where growth depends on a sustained increase in population sizes.
This is leading us to break the global Eco system/s and ultimately lead to more wars.
So.. the question begs;
Do we place a population cap on ourselves for the greater good?

activities or part of the adventure would include horse riding, kayaking/canoeing Hiking(obviously)
and other potential adventure based activities.

2 AnswersOther - Destinations7 years agoI can't stand my partner of 20 years anymore, how do I tell her ?
For the last three years my partner has been an alcoholic. A month ago I told her if she doesn't stop drinking I can't be with her. She's cut back, she's telling me she's stopped altogether but I know it's not true.
Even when I know she's not drinking, I can't stand to be around her anymore. I think the damage done over the last three years is irreversible. I wish her no harm, I still want her to sort her life out, but I'm tired of being lied to, and tired of supporting her.
Three years I have been here trying to help her. Now I no longer want to .
So what do I actually say to her when that 'moment' comes?
I don't know how to say 'I don't love you anymore, I don't want to be with you'
Like I said, I don't want her to be hurt emotionally anymore than is unavoidably necessary. any advice is appreciated.

3 AnswersOther - Destinations7 years agoBest hike you can reccommend?
Im planning my next Holiday and I had such a great time walking the Milford track in December 2013, I'd love to do another hike.
Im fairly certain I'd like to do it in a similar way, that is;
Guided
With a group, but walking at own pace.
Comfortable accommodation and meals paid for/provided.
Spectacular scenery is a must.
Forests, mountain valleys (not full on mountain climbing though) coastal are my type of thing.
5-10 days duration.
Any country.
Im open to most walks, so long as the scenery is unusual and interesting.
Moderate to cooler climates preferred.
Can anyone recommend any particular walks they have been on?
What was your experience like?
Any advice/recommendations are appreciated :)
3 AnswersOther - Destinations7 years agoCan anyone tell me what this music/song is called?
I was looking at my next possible holiday location and came across this music on YouTube.
Normally YouTube will show you the artists name. But for some reason on this video its not there.
Its an instrumental so I'll have to show the link so you can hear it.
(Im in no way trying to promote the Mongolian business and have no connection to it, I live in Australia).

1 AnswerOther - Music7 years agohow do you work out the AUD conversion to PHP?
I mean, I know how to use the dollar converters online.
But how do you work out how much your holiday to the Philippines is going to cost you overall in aussie dollars?
1 AnswerPhilippines7 years agoIs there a correct word to describe white skinned people?
From what I've read 'Caucasian' isn't quite correct, but often misunderstood to be correct.
So if there is, indigenous, African, Asian, words to describe their descent, what is the technically correct term to use for whites?
Thanks.
(Any racist or derogatory remarks will be reported.)

5 AnswersMartial Arts7 years agoWhen making your gaming character, do you try to make it look like yourself as much as possible?
I was creating my Elder Scrolls Online character, and realised in Oblivion, Sky Rim, and now ESO, I always try to make my 'toon' look as much like myself as possible.
on games where its possible, do you do the same?
or do you go to the other end and make it weird and wonderful?
:) thx!
8 AnswersVideo & Online Games7 years agowhy do my vegetable plants always go limp?
I have a raised vege garden which im having a recurring problem with.
the plants ALWAYS wilt as soon as the sun is on them. today for example, its 23 degrees at the moment, a nice breeze. its a lovely day.
the seedlings which are about 2-3 weeks old currently, look awesome and healthy before the sun is directly on them. As soon as the sun is directly on them, they go limp.
this has always been an issue. for 2 years running, summer crops have done the same. As I live in south Australia in the mid north, is a hot dry climate. so I thought I'd stop summer crops, and try winter crops instead to help combat this problem.
im using good mulch, im fairly certain Im not over or under watering. the soil seems good as well, I compost and return it through the soil.
as soon as the sun is off them in the afternoon, they go back to looking normal.
if I water them immediately, they stand back up, but I don't really want to do this as I test the soil and it seems damp under the mulch.
what could be the cause of this? its driving me crazy!
currently I have broccoli, dwarf beans, peas, cauliflowers and bok choy.
size of the raised bed is approx. just under 1 meter high, 2.5m wide, and 3.5m long.
(I don't know if its an issue, but I get lots, of mushrooms growing under the mulch and around the bottom of the garden bed)
any advice is greatly appreciated! =)

1 AnswerPhotography7 years agoDo you think Humans will develop an effective means of inter stellar space travel?
Our bodies cannot handle the forces that high acceleration brings about.
To travel effectively through space covering vast distances, we need to develop technology that allows us to do so.
Do you think we as a species will ever do this?
How do you envisage it happening?
