One of my daughter's dogs was very well trained to "go" outside, but suddenly became scared of something in the yard (maybe a snake), and now has "accidents" inside after being taken out. She refuses to go into the backyard where she went before. She's a large dog, and newspapers or puppy pads inside are useless. Does anyone know of a solution?

What can the family do for an elderly man who confined to his house because of illness? He can get around in his house, but can't leave. He has very bad athsma, so he can't be very active. The family can't be with him all the time, and he is bored and lonely. He is starting to get depressed. What activities or hobbies can anyone suggest? Any help would be appreciated.

Would your attitudes toward Christians be changed if all Christians that you knew were non-judgmental, and treated everyone equally, with kindness and respect, even if they didn't share your opinion, and they didn't try to "shove their belief down your throat". Everyone still has the right to share their opinions, Christians included, but everyone would respect the opinions of others.

She licks it a lot and sometimes it gets raw. It's always in the same spot. Does anyone know why this happens and what can I do about it?

I know this has been asked before, and none of the answers seem to help. "Time will heal" seems to be the main answer, but I'm hurting now, and I don't know how to get through the pain. I feel so hopeless. I am a Christian, and I have tried relying on my Faith to get through it, but right now I feel like God has abandoned me. I know in my mind that isn't true, but I just don't feel it right now.

I have 2 cats with them, and I'm starting to see them in the house. I just hate to use chemicals unnecessarily, and can't afford the prescription stuff anyway.
