I was diagnosed with strep throat about 5 days ago. My throat feels better and doesn't hurt anymore but it seems dry and scratchy now. Is this normal?

I found a stray kitten yesterday. I took her inside and gave her a bath and noticed she had a ton of fleas on her. I'm guessing she is between 6-8 weeks old. I tried calling the vet to get an appointment but can't get her in until next week. What are some products I can use to help control the fleas?

I'm thankful for my husband! He was my rock this year. It's not easy for two people loosing their jobs a week apart then almost loosing your home. If it weren't for him we would definitely be homeless right now. I'm also thankful for friends and family who stuck by our side and gave us the support we needed to get back on out feet. And of course my son, he was the one that kept everyone smiling and laughing when things were tough. :)

Rosalie Elisabeth, She is going to be named after my Grandpa Rose and Elisabeth was my husband's grandma's name. I really like this name, but my husband isn't sure he likes it yet. Any other suggestions that have rose in the name would be greatly appreciated.

I was on YA a couple of days ago and I was reading a persons question about chicken. Several people put down that chicken was done when it reached 165 degrees. I had always thought chicken needed to be 180 degrees. What is the right temp for chicken when it is done?

Hi, This is my first year in college and I need a list of pre nursing classes I need to take. I keep asking my adviser to give me a list of all the classes, but she hasn't done it yet. I need it to enroll for spring classes. With out the list I don't know what classes I need to be taking next semester. So if some one could please help me I would really appericate it.

We are 3 months behind on our house payments because my husband recently lost his job. We got a letter in the mail yesterday and have 30 days to come up with the money. If we can't our home will be foreclosed. If we can't come up with the money what should we do? I have tried to get a modification loan and the guy to me we didn't qualify. What are other steps we should take? We live in Kansas if that helps.

I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt. I noticed the other day that it makes this ticking sound when I drive long distances after I turn off the car. It never does it when I drive short distances. Why is it doing this?

My ex was arrested and charged with domestic assault/battery and damage to personal property. I got this paper in the mail telling me what time his court date was and that my presence was not required. I don't want to go if I can avoid it. But people keep telling me that if there is not a witness or a victim there at court, then the charges will be dropped. If that is true then why would they send me a letter in the mail stating that I don't have to be at his court hearing?

I have been trying to download the free Adobe Reader on my lap top, but it keeps telling me an error has occurred half way through the downloading process. Could someone please help me figure out why it keeps doing this.

My friend was just proposed to by her boyfriend of 2 years. She said yes, but wants a different ring. The ring her boyfriend picked out is gorgeous. She says its not big enough or the cut she wanted.

When my husband proposed to me it was a surprise and the ring he picked out was exactly what I wanted with out me telling him. He said he picked it out by paying attention to what I wear and my personality. Plus it was something he picked out for me, which makes it even better. I don't know, I don't think she should make him take back the ring. It's not a bad ring. He is taking her this weekend to get another one. So my question is should we be able to pick out our engagement rings or let it be a surprise? I liked mine a surprise.
