How do I go about applying for reimbursement for a lift chair for my father? He has had a stroke & has trouble standing up from a sitting position.

I asked a woman I know, sort of, who's married to a guy that cheats on her if her

I know it was mean & an awful thing to say & I feel really bad about it. Apologizing seems pointless, the damage to her is done. Should I apologize anyway? Should I just forget it & make a point to watch what I say from now on? It was a spontaneous thing, I just wasn't thinking at the time. What do I do?

When this bike sits for several days it will puke out 8-10 oz. of oil on start up. Doesn't seem to do it if I start it every day. I can't find where it comes from, but it seems to be coming from the primary side. Any ideas?

I have a policy that I have paid taxes on the dividends & interest for years. It has a cash value now. When I cash it in do I have to pay taxes on it again?

I want to buy another home, move, & then sell my old home. Are there ways to finance the new home using the equity of the old home to secure the loan?
