I have this question for my chemistry homework and I'm completely lost. Any help?

A sample of hydrogen gas emits only a few wavelengths in the visible spectrum; the most obvious when viewed through a prism or diffraction grating is at 656 nm.

a.What is the energy of the photons given off at this wavelength?

b.What is the relationship between this photon energy and the energy of the electron in the hydrogen atom?

c.Using the equation for the energy levels in H, identify the transition responsible for this red light.

I bought a 564 black ink cartridge for the HP Photosmart 5515, since that is the recommended ink cartridge to buy, however when I put it in the cart, my printer came up with an error message saying that the ink cartridge was for older models. I double-checked online and I have the right cartridge...did I do something wrong?

I have a set of two problems. I have the answer to the first but I don't understand the second.

1. Determine the amount of heat released when a 100 g piece of iron is cooled from 900 C to 25 °C in the quench tub (filled with water). The heat capacity of iron is 0.45 J/g °C.

2. If there is 10000 g of water in the tub (10 L or so), by how much does the water heat up when that quantity of energy is transfered from the iron to the water? The heat capacity of water is 4.184 J/g °C.

I want to move photos from my Mobile Uploads album into another album. Supposedly there's a button in the right that gives you a dropdown menu that has the option "switch albums" or something like that. I get the dropdown menu, but the "switch albums" option isn't there. Is there any way to actually move photos from Mobile Uploads, or are they just stuck there??

I accidentally got the ColorSync Utility, Preview and Grab icons on my MacBook Air dock and I can't seem to get them off. I've tried dragging them into the empty space on the desktop like I've been told, but nothing has worked...am I doing something wrong??

I'm looking for a good girl-type book. I've been stuck in a rut of wanting to read some romance, but literally every book I pick up off the shelf is about some "imperfect" girl whose father dies who ends up meeting this fantastic, perfect, out-of-her-league guy. Sparks magically fly and it's happily ever after. Not that I don't love when the girl ends up with someone out of her league, or the guy for that matter, but I can't stand how predictable most books are. Any good suggestions???

So my friend sent me an excel document and my computer won't let me open it. It says that it was saved (by her) as a shortcut. Anyone know how to fix this?? I have no idea how else to get it open.

I'm trying to find songs with the similar intensity as "Sweet Disposition". I love the motive in the beginning and how it just sounds like a rejuvenating type of song (if that makes any sense...). Anyone know songs like it?

I'm interested in studying psychology in college, and I was wondering what classes would be most beneficial to take in high school? I'm planning on taking sociology my senior year, which is supposed to be good.

Last year, I became really close friends with this guy. We texted every night, and he was alwways telling me how pretty or sweet or funny I am. He even told me he wanted to ask me out, but was afraid he'd hurt me (he was a senior, I was a freshman). We kept talking and texting, and then suddenly he stopped because he got a girlfriend. He doesn't talk to me anymore.

And then this year, I met this guy and we'd talk all the time on facebook. He was always asking when we could hang out, but then got distracted and started talking about something else. He was always flirting and being really sweet. And then, he starts going out with this other girl.

This always seems to happen to me, and I'm not the type of person to make the first move, if that is my issue. So am I just the friend who guys use to flirt with as a distraction or something...?

So I was frustrated with my friend because she kept ignoring me and being like a jerk to me. So I sorta gave myself space so I wouldn't flip out at her. Cabinet A requires 3 square feet of floor space, holds 12 cubic feet, and costs $75. Cabinet B requires 6 square feet of floor space, holds 18 cubic feet, and costs $50. How many of each kind of cabinet should the manager buy to maximize the storage capacity?

I only need to know how to write the inequlaities for this...but I'm not sure how to set it up. Any help?
