I'm looking for homes in the Houston, TX area and I'd like to see foreclosure listings without all of the B.S from various real estate companies. Does anyone know if such a site or sites exist?

I know Linux is under public license and the like. However, I'm interested in paying for a high quality version of Linux and I'm wondering if there are any legitimate projects along this line. The best I've seen so far is Ubuntu or Linux Mint but I'd like something cleaner. Thanks for any help or advice.

There is a nice widget layer that a person can set up in Linux that will allow you to switch between the normal screen and a screen that has a bunch of self selected gadgets by pressing F9. Does Windows have such a thing, either through a program I can download or an integrated function?

Any who pays attention to politics has heard about John McCain's statement when asked about the recent endorsement of Barack Obama by the Republican stalwart, Colin Powell. I fail to understand how you could expect this endorsement considering he has served in the cabinet of the last three Republican presidents and is a well known moderate Republican. Any explanations would be appreciated.

I know many well-intended members have asked this before but I don't feel that the answers were sufficient to explain the magnitude of their suckdom. Contacting them is like running a hampster through randomly assorted tubes with fetid squash as the prize at the end of the maze. Any information or anecdotes you can share would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new to the operating system and I'm having a problem getting a second partition (fat32) to mount. The partition was, at first, only mounting as a removable disk. After adding some files to it and rebooting the system, the drive will no longer mount. I keep getting the error message "Unable to mount the volume 'STORAGE'.....mount_point cannot contain the following characters: newline, G_DIR_SEPARATOR". Any experts out there who can provide me some advice? Thanks for any help.

I have seen too many people write in here for homework answers. Not just help with their homework but the WHOLE ANSWER. As an educator, I find this very disturbing since this deprives yet another student of a desperately-needed education. What are your thoughts on the above and what could be done to reduce this tragedy of academic function?

Let's say that I have this friend (Joe) who has a modded XBox and he enjoys playing his games from his hard drive. However, he would like to be able to cheat on these games, through devices like the Action Replay. Is there any way to use a cheat device to cheat on games being played from the xbox hard drive? Joe is really interested :)

The phone comes with the cingular pictures pre-installed an there is not a readily available way to remove them. No one needs 7 advertisement pictures permanently installed on their phone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
