Why does Yahoo suck so bad?
I know many well-intended members have asked this before but I don't feel that the answers were sufficient to explain the magnitude of their suckdom. Contacting them is like running a hampster through randomly assorted tubes with fetid squash as the prize at the end of the maze. Any information or anecdotes you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Because, for the first ten years of its existence, it blew big time. When all the air was out, the only thing it could do was suck, so Yahoo! will suck until it is full again, then it will be back to blowing. Its a vicious cycle.

Have you noticed the plethora of advertisements stuck in the middle of the news listings? It is SO BAD they have to hide it, and disguise it as a real news story.. Typical Yahoo business model, lie, defraud, and not deliver... for example.. "Answers Offbeat", "Answers.com", Answers Today", "Answers Chic"
It is utterly ridiculous. If it werent for the free mail, they would have nothing.
