This guy on words with friends has been sending me messages in our games for a while now. He found out my race and has said the most offensive things to me. It does not bother me. I began renting a room from a woman in December. She also lives in the house along with another tenant. From the beginning, she promised things that she did not follow through on (i.e. cable, internet, my shower did not work for 3 days and she refused to fix it). It also states in my rental agreement that I have access to the washer and dryer. I once came home to a post-it note on the dryer stating "Take your clothes to the laundromat if it will take you more than 1 hour to dry your clothes." Basically, she's pretty ghetto. I had to call the police this Saturday on her as she threatened to hit me because I gave her my 30 day notice....

She provided a very hostile living environment and misrepresented herself from the beginning. I paid her $500 in total (rent is $350 per month, $100 security deposit, and $50 for moving in at the end of December). She has threatened to not give me my deposit back, and I want the rest of my money back as well. Would you advise me taking her to civil court to get my $500 or do you think I have no case? I don't think I should. Last night, I had a couple friends over and my boyfriend. My boyfriend and a friend left to get some booze. While they were gone my other friend left, and my bf didn't end up coming back until 3 in the morning. He came back drunk, left me up waiting for him, and worst of all did not come back with any booze. I'm enraged and want to kill him. Lately I have been putting some thought into breeding my female Yorkie/Poodle mix with my boyfriend's male Scottish Terrier. Has anyone done this or seen "Scoodle" puppies?
