  • When will he parole out of GA Prison?

I know someone who was arrested June 21, 2011, convicted Sept 2011 and sentenced to 10 years. As I understand it, he is eligible for parole at 1/3 of his sentence. So that should be 3 years and 4 months from June 21. Am I right? But he is in a program to earn points to reduce his sentence. He has he has enough points for a year off his sentence. So the question is, how do I determine when exactly he is eligible for parole. I want to know when do I start shopping for clothes to give as a present.

  • where can I buy a whole citron fruit?

I live in Atlanta and I cannot find a whole citron. Not that chopped stuff in the greasy, horrible syrup. I want fresh citron like you can buy oranges, lemons, or grapefruits. If it is out of state, maybe I can coordinate shipping of a couple to me? I'm interested in the seeds

  • What to do with my key lime seedling?

I'm worried. I wanted a key lime tree, so I started some seeds last year. Of them, I got a few and tried to get one established. I did everything wrong. I left it in the little cup too long it became rootbound, left it outside after the nights chilled to 50 degrees, and after it floundered in a pot TOO big for it, I put it in a cup. It was doing ok, but one day it croaked. Death radiated from root to steam and out to the leaves finally.

Anyway, I started a new seedling this March and first in a styrofoam cup, then a plastic pint ice cream jar, then a half gallon container and now a 12" pot. I know the last sounds crazy, the the roots on this thing are THAT long. At each transplant, after carefully rinsing the dirt off the roots, I thoroughly coated the roots in rooting hormone powder to minimize shock. Whereas the last seedling had a single root maybe seven inches long (after nearly a year), THIS ONE HAS ROOTS....Lots of them and the pot is twelve inches deep and the roots already touch the bottom.....Sounds wonderful, right.

I read the plan cannot grow too fast. I fertilized it with Miracle-Gro and it had four leaves for the longest time. Now, it is sprouting a new branch at the base and a total of 8 new leaves at the crown. What do I do? Is this normal? Do I prune? Just admire? Somebody told me to flush the plant, but it is so green, lush and healthy looking, I hate to do that if there are no signs of saline shock (it is healthy looking). Well, almost. The smallest leaf (and oldest that appeared when the plant was FIRST starting to grow) is yellowed at the tip. But the new leaves are getting bigger each day and all is GREEN.

HELP ME!! What do I do next? I want this plant to survive

  • What does my boyfriend mean?

I wrote my boyfriend telling him I love him but I have trust issues. He cheated among other things. He asked me to marry him, but I feel like we have things to work through. After a fight, he told me I love you, but if you still have issues that's your business.

    What's he saying?

  • Should I get this credit card? After Ch 7?

I filed a Ch 7 last year and it discharged last March. Since then, I saved up fifteen hundred dollars, bought a CD at a local credit union, then used the proceeds to open a secured credit card. I then got a cash advance and open another secured credit card. I then paid down the balances and added $500 more dollars to the first credit card. So I have an installment loan and two credit cards with low balances. I was told when I opened my checking account by a banker that to raise my scores, I need a mix of secured, installment, auto and unsecured cards. Look, I am not looking for a mountain of debt or potential to shaft myself :-(

I applied for a CC with HSBC. They sent me a letter asking for $19 to process. I wanted to wait until at least next spring to buy a new car, after the installment loan is paid off or nearly so. So the question is, should I get this CC? The limit is $300 and as I can tell will offer me nothing my two CCs I have now currently offer, except a low limit and a higher interest rate. My goal was to up the limits to $3K and 1300 respectively, with a near zero balance and get an auto loan when this car gives up the ghost. What would you do?

  • How to raise my credit score.....difficulty getting a Discover credit card!?

I had a bankruptcy discharge 8 months ago. Since then, I open a CD at a bank for 1.5K, open an installment loan with that as the collateral, used the proceeds to open a secured CapOne credit card, then got a cash advance for $800 for another credit card w PNC. I added to my credit limit to make my CapOne limit at $2K. My goal is 1300 for PNC and 3K for CapOne by January. I have made ALL my payments on the accounts and paid down the balances. I did all this to help my credit score RAPIDLY recover.....

Jan 2011 my Equifax score was 420. No joke. It's now 550. I know that is still sucky, but my dream is to regain my Discover credit card. So my question is:

What is the minimum credit score Discover will accept to be approved. And since I filed bankruptcy on them, will it be a problem?

And NO, I am not looking to stuff my wallet with a lot of HIGH DEBT! MEdical debt, financial irresponsibility and mismanagement ruined me. I WON'T LET THAT HAPPEN again. But Discover card is my dream.
