Here is the scoop, I was driving a firebird and parked at a gas station. When I came out a silver cadillac was parked next to me. Wasn't even in the proper lines. His wife was inside the store. Her husband and son where in the car. I backup up and clipped the corner of the bumper scraped it. My quater panel was scraped with a minor dent. Anyway a state trooper came and did a report after saying it was less then 1k of damage and he wasn't required to. So we exchanged insurance info/did the report.... a few weeks prior this guy and his son were in a previous accident where he totalled the car and had injuries.. now I have a specialist involved because he is claiming bodily injury on my policy. Nobody was going fast. It was as minor as hitting a speed bump.. the adjuster is telling me they might give him something. But it would be very small. I don't think he should get anything. My question is if there is anything legal or should I seek legal representation to make sure that I'm not getting taken for as far as the insurance company handling it properly or going to get a lawyer. I have a witness at the gas station that says there is no way I injured them.

I have a 99 infiniti i30 3.0 v6... I have a p1320 code by itself coming up everytime on a second start it will pop the light... everytime I clear it it comes back as pending... I've replaced all coils,condenser,plugs look good use only premium gas.. found a wire in harness with insultator messed up repaired it, I first used coils from advance took them off and got some used nissan coils henshan... no change.. car runs great. Any other ideas? Besides computer maybe.

I recently got a policy from nationwide insurance going on the 2nd month now. They sent me a letter stating they are taking my full coverage away and will only offer me liability. Due to a report sent to them by LexisNexis. I went online and got my report since my past insurance company I had for 4 years and only had only 2 small comprehensive claims. According to there online report I have 0 claims. But my Father/Mother and Sister have claims. Under the possible related claims it says 5, and its because of them.. They have there own insurance companies. My question is which is the best way to dispute this? Or is it even worth trying? I don't see how cars that I didn't operate or own are going to affect a (insurance company to offer insurance or deny me certain coverages). My sister didn't even stay in the same household. My parents do. But as I said they have there own insurance company.

Somebody rear-ended my car.. My insurance company told me to call there insurance company up first. I did that, and they sent a adjuster out and then said they are sending me a check... Now this company hasn't asked if my car was financed or if there were any lien holders.. The damage is only about $300.00 worth I could pay even out of pocket... My personel insurance has a lien holder on it... Considering that I haven't been taking it up with my insurance... Will the check be made out directly to me?

One of my friends just joined the military, and after a couple of weeks he was diagnosed with ITBS and given 1 day medical rest... Would this have any affect with his bootcamp?? I'm just curious since its a common issue with runners.

I have dishnetwork, with a DVR 622... Tv1 is connected with HDMI.. Now TV2 is using a coax cable from the box to the tv. My question is.. is there a converter you can buy to hook up between the coax to the tv.. So I can get HD channels on TV2... Considering the box already has its own built in converter for TV1, since they use (coax cables) to run the receiver to the satelite... If thats the case then I would think somebody would offer a converter or have a way to make it so you can still use a external converter for TV2... So you can get 1080p.

I've got a friend that got charged with his first offense of DUI in CT, He moved to another state and didn't go back to court. He went back to CT got arrested for the charge again this time with failure to appear 2nd degree. He was ordered to pay a fine and was put on Probation with Special Conditions. Shortly after he moved out of the state, and has been gone for about 2years but still hasn't been able to get his license in the new state... My question is since he is wanted for the probation violation can it turn into a felony? Or can Ct Extradite? He recently got stopped by the police that did a I.D check and let him go, but its not Ct, and they just said Have a nice day. He is worried that in a few months the warrant is going to turn into a (federal/felony warrant)

A friend is trying to sell a truck to me and doesn't have the title in NC.. His uncle sold it to him without the title and then moved away to Texas and won't get the title for him. He is unable to get a (Title). Anyway around this? Has to be. I'm sure this isn't the first case where somebody has left some vehicle behind without a title.

Hello, I have a coleman split-heatpump system... It does both heat and A/C... Lately when I have used the (heat option) outside it frosts over like its freezing up... Now I never experienced this before except for in the summer time when it had a a/c freeon leak... Any Idea's?

I'm 50 years old and I'm on disability because of a severe case of diabetes that caused me to almost loose my legs. Diability only comes with (medicare) not (medicade) I live in the state of North Carolina and Medicare doesn't cover dental work. I've called around to every dentist in my local area and they told me to get a tooth pulled out that is so damaged and can be seen only by the gum line I'd probably need a orthosurgeon. I'm obviously on a (set income) my problem is that I don't have any good credit. The cost could come up to around $900.00. I applied at places like (carecredit) even checked with my docter and the local hospital and the hospital told me they can't even help me no matter how much pain it gives me.

The docter for the meantime prescribed me a pain reliever for it until I can see a dentist. I also checked with a local university that does that kind of work to train students and they told me I could be placed on a waiting list for 1/2 years....

I was wondering if anybody has any other idea? Or anything else I can do. Please help

I had two egg omelets this morning and mixed in cheese. I put some kind of low (moisture) shredded cheese that had all different kinds like provolone, american .. etc. About maybe 40mins later my face got (real red) I got real (hott) sweating and it was almost like my chest got so tight it felt like I was going to have some kind of breathing attack and If it got any worse I would of had to call 911. I laid down and went to sleep now I feel much better. Do you think this was a (allergic reaction) I eat (cheese) all the time. Different kinds and I have never had a food reaction to anything before.

A while back I had the camshaft (syncronizer replaced) At the same time we had the mechanic's diagnoise why the idle was slightly moving up and down.. I didnt realize that the (air filter box) sounded like a popcorn machine.. Anyway we had the Idle Air Control Valve replaced.. It was still there slightly the popcorn noise. I was wondering what other possibilities it could be.. Everything else checks out. The car runs great. But this small little issue I am trying to correct. The (check engine light) doesnt have any DTC codes in it. 04 taurus 3.0L v6

I have got a 2004 Taurus 3.0L v6... I've had a rough idle but it hasn't affected it to bad.. The Rpm needle will slightly go down then back up... I've had the car looked at, at a dealership. I was having a (camshaft synchronizer) replaced. They told me the Idle air control valve was going bad.. The Air Cleaner/Air Filter box sounds like a (pop corn) machine... I am wondering of any other possibilities. I've had the filter changed, and replaced the Idle Air Control Valve... Any body else have any other idea's?

My friend is from CT and moved to NC a while back, he then moved back to CT for about 6months.. Within that time period he was using a car registered in N.C and ended up getting a DWI in CT. A misdemeanor offense for the first time.. He then left CT and moved back to NC and layed low for a while and moved back to CT again a few months later and ended up getting arrested for failure to appear and went to jail for about 3 weeks, then went to COURT and got 18months probation, with a fine of $500 and a suspended license. He never paid the fine or did the 18months probation and ended up leaving CT again and moved back to NC he now has a (warrant for violation of probation in CT) for those charges. Do you think he can still get his license in N.C? Knowing that those events haven't been taken care of? and do you think he will eventually get a warrant issued in N.C and get extradited? I don't know how that works from state-to-state it being a misdemeanor. He has been doing fairly well and the only thing thats really holding him up from doing even better is his N.C license... But he doesnt want to go to prison which he is afraid of if he returns to CT to fess up to this mess.

A friend of mine lived in NC for a few months and got his car registered in NC, he then moved to Ct for a few months and got in a dui hit & run... nobody was seriously injured. He went to court in CT got a continue. He then moved back to NC and hasn't gone back to court. The judge said in CT that if he didnt show up he would have 5 years of prison to look at. So far he hasn't been caught and its been about two months. Do you think that he will get arrested in NC? Or is he in the clear while he is living in NC.

My sister keeps bugging me in finding out who had the new years baby!!
