my problem is that when i go outside i get panic attacks because i am afraid of large crowds. i also have insomnia. i am afraid to go to sleep because i get night terrors (PTSD)

Current medications i take is...

seroquil 100mg at bedtime (anti psychotic)(for sleep, but i still wake up in the night petrified)

Celexa 20mg at bedtime (anti depressant)(i do like it a lot, it helps)

Klonopin 1mg once every day as needed. (for anxiety)(it is an amazing medication i wish it would last longer)

Vistrial 20mg at bed time (for beta blocker)(i am not taking this anymore because it is not helping with my blood pressure.)

I just started klonopine a couple of days ago because i was in fear of going outside, my anxiety was becoming unbearable to function on a daily basis. Now, the doctor and i have notice that the beta blocker (visteral) is not keeping my blood pressure down. and they now consider my anxiety as chronic. They gave me only 1 a day were i feel that it will be helpful twice a day. if i take one in the morning and one at night. But i don't know how to bring this up to the doctor.

i know that klonopin is a narcotic, but it is helping me to do my daily tasks.

my Questions are..

will it be ok if i ask my doctor if i could take one in the morning and one at night?

is there another medication with the same effect that lasts longer?

can you give me a list of anti-anxiety medications that i can research so i can speak to my doctor about this?

My goal is to find a medication that has the same effect of klonopin but lasts throughout the day so i can carry on my daily tasks.

and yes i know all the coping skills and everything to try and get rid of anxiety without medication i have tried these methods 100 times over. please if you have any comments or suggestion let me know i would appreciate it thank you

They say in the bible that Psychic's are considered, witches. Also, that psychics are considered evil. well, Mother Mary was a Pagan, she practiced the pagan ways and rituals. If god thought that it was so evil to be a "witch" or to be in wicca or Paganism then, why would he put his child in a person who practices paganism? Which is basically witchcraft.

Lately i have been experiencing astral flight at night but i also have been experiencing some serious night terrors.

1.) I had a dream where my teeth where falling out with blood.

2.) Dream about having bugs crawl out of my eyes.

3.) Dream of being possessed.

4.) Dream of puking blood.

5.) Dream of doing an exorcism on someone. (the prayers i didn't even know in my dream)

6.) I have had a couple of dreams about defending god against satanist's.

I know around easter that it can be difficult for a psychic to have a normal dream but all of these dreams are really intense. Also, every psychic knows that they can not do a reading on themselves. So, i wanted to know if anyone has an idea of what this all means.

Lately i have been noticing that i have been astral projecting in my sleep. when i wake up in the morning i dont feel like i have gotten any sleep at all. My mentor told me that this is astral projection. Last night i visited my old house and i saw the new family and one of the boys saw me. i felt as though he thought i was a ghost. i have a couple questions.

Is astral projecting a dangerous thing?

How can i stop astral projecting?

t all started when I was a child. I was laying in bed one night when a spirit woke me up in the night he had a long black and red cloak on, a huge smile on his face and all black eyes. After a few weeks I started to see more spirits and they started to talk to me and tell me how they died, about there family etc. For a while the spirits started to disappear. When I was about thirteen, I had found that I had another ability, telekinesis.

When I would get angry or nervous the lights in my house would start to flicker sometimes break, and I could also move objects with just my mind. My mom also had said that she would get headaches when I would become upset or isolate myself. I have moved appliances, toys, plates and silver wear when I was younger. As time when by, when I was sixteen, I became familiar with another gift, Empathy.

I have been working at a doctors office since I was thirteen. When I became sixteen I noticed that patients that would come in with injuries such as a sprained ankle or upset stomach, I felt the same symptoms. I even went to physical therapy for a while because I thought that there was something wrong with my back. Come to find out, I was having the same exact pain as other patients in the office. Last year, I had to go to the hospital to get my stomach checked out. I couldn't eat anything and I always had severe stomach pains. Yet again, One of my co-workers had the same symptoms and she had to get surgery for her stomach. Now I am experiencing all of these abilities combined along with telepathy and seeing auras.

I am having a lot of difficulty dealing with all of these abilities. I am losing control of them and I need guidance. Their is either one ability over-powering another or all of them trying to work together. I want to strengthen and control these abilities. I would appreciate if their are any suggestions.

the past couple of days i have been haveing some strange dreams...

1.) my teeth were falling out. (when i was younger something bad use to happen the next day, but nothing has happened yet.

2.) i had flys in my teeth and i was trying to pick them out.

3.) last night i had a dream that i was possessed. a bug crawled out of my eye and a weird wand thing came out of my nose. also i was calling my self a different name starting with a B it rymed with bolivia.

the scenes have all been from my old house that i use to live in that was incredibly haunted. and today i dont feel like my self.

why my old house?

What do these dreams mean?

am i in some kind of danger?

im a sensitive myself but i can never read myself when i am emotional and anxious.

i have insomnia and my medication for sleep is not working anymore. Im afraid to go to sleep because Im having crazy dreams about killing people and people chasing me and being stuck in fires and stuck in space. but anyways i also have a drug addiction and i know some sleeping pills can be abused i wanted to know if Lunesta is a good sleeping medication that does not make you feel messed up

i have been seeing colors around people animals plants certain rocks and water since i was young and i have been feeling other peoples emotions and depending on how harsh the person is feeling, i feel like puking sometimes expectially in the case of someone who is under depression. sometimes i feel physical pain from others. and is drains me out at the end of the day.

there are various colors that i see and also clouds of colors in certain areas also i have seen someone with wings. i have no clue what they mean untill i get close enough to someones colors i will feel there emotion. lately these vibrations have been so strong and vibriant to the point where i get panic attacks i dont know what this means and i want to learn how to control these feelings/thoughts that are not mine.

i have talked to a friend about this and she believes i am a phycic empath. i dont know what this means so i have a few questions.

2.) what are these colors that i see? what do the layers and clouds mean?

3.) how can i learn to control whatever this is?

i have been taking these two drugs for about 2 yrs now and i want to know:

if i were to get pregnant now would these medications affect my baby

what medicines can i transfer to? that are safe or all natural?

is there a chance of a birth defect? and what would that/they be?

if i were to switch to natural medications now would any birth defects decrease? or vanish?

so last week i went to the doctors to get my Depo-Provera shot (birthcontrol shot) this is my third shot and lately i have been gaging i feel like i have to puke but when i think i am going to puke i burp.

anyways, so i check my weight last week and i weighed about 118 and i checked my weight again today and i am now 127 (im 5'3 and a 19 year old) ive been about 118 for a couple years now and i gained about 10 pounds within a week?

latley ive been feeling

-hot,

-bloated

-i have cramps, and no i dont have my period,

-im constipated

- my emotions are really touchy.

i feel just gross in general and i feel freaked out by this drastic weight difference. i dont feel my normal self physically and mentally well more physically. im eating the same as i was a week ago.

it has been about a week since i got it pierced and now there are scabs on both ends. there not massive scabs there little and itchy and i moved the ring with a q-tip and it seems like my skin is attached to the ring because of the scabs.

ive been useing H2Ocean Seasalt spray for the peircing. and i use it 2 times a day.

is there any advice on the healing process? and what are the normal healing symptoms for a fresh navel piercing?

but my shoes are rubbing against the back of my ankle and now the tattoo around that area is slightly bumpy is this normal? i just got the tattoo 4 days ago is it suposed to feel lumpy for a couple of days?

my tat artist told me too not have it touch things but he never said how long. i have a new tattoo that is an anklet from my ankle to my foot. it has been 4 days and i have been putting the cream on.
