We will be going Memorial Day Weekend of 2010 and we want to stay in a nice hotel close to where the best clubs and restaurants are.

I am getting married next summer and would like to walk into Led Zeppelin's "The Rain Song". We are going to have a cello quartet performing at our ceremony and I am trying to come up with more songs that would match the mood of the Zep song. I need songs for the interlude, the bridal party processional. I was thinking along the lines of some Beatles, more Zeppeling, or maybe Simon and Garfunkel. All these songs will be played on four cellos.

I was qouted $1000 to get hair and makeup done for myself and my 7 bridesmaids (8 total = $125 a person). The girl is from the Aveeda studio in NYC and its a great school. Does this seem fair or am I getting robbed?

I had a leep done at the end of November. The nurse in the recovery room(great time to give patients info) told me that I would miss my period the next time around (scheduled to be the end of december). I spotted (I mean very lightly...if you can even call it that) at the end of December, at the end of January and the end of February (all when I was scheduled to have my period). I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. Has this ever happened to anyone??

It's for a wedding im in in a month and I don't even know the woman doing my hair so I really want to be able to bring an accurate picture of the updo i want. I can't seem to find any good pictures of a classic, sleek chignon updo. They are all either these messy celebrity chignons or they are pictures of french twists. Preferably something that twists from the front of the head back into the chignon but really any smooth haired chignon would be great.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 4 years and living together for one and a half. I know we're probably going to get engaged this summer because we have been talking about it for what seems like forever. We've looked at rings and I've been totally compliant the entire time. I love him and I want to marry him and I definitely want to be wearing a nice diamond ring but I just don't think I have the time to plan a wedding. I'm worried that the stress of working full time, going to school, and planning a wedding will break us apart. Im also only 23 and he is 29. I can see why he wants to rush things alot as he is almost 30 but, I want to slow things down and enjoy my youth. This lingering thought scares me more and more everyday and I almost want to tell him lets not get engaged. Am I just being needlessly worried?? Or am I harping on something silly as a sign of something worse??

I bought a pair of pumps for a wedding and they are perfect. I haven't been able to find anything that matches so closely what I have in mind. I got them and they are about half a size or less too big. It's going to be quite the hassle to return them and they dont have them in my size anyway. I'd really like to wear these shoes but I need a solution to make up a couple inches in the heel.

I posted a link to the shoes and as you can see they are open toe so stuffing tissue in will not help.
