We are moving into a new home that does not have a fenced backyard. My husband has suggested an invisible fence system with a collar. I would like to know a good brand or any complaints about the systems available. I know nothing of these devices nor if they are really dependable. My dog is a very nose driven beagle. He will come home if he gets out, but I am so afraid he may get hit by a car. Any suggestions are appreciated. Please no negative/rude comments!

I bought store brand Prenatal Vitamins. They seem to have all the same %'s of vitamins as the top brands but is 1/3 the price. Do you think they are just as good? I also take extra Folic Acid and Calcium as I am Lactose Intolerant. I am just worried as to why they are so cheap adn if they are giving me enough. I am TTC, not pregnant.

My beagle seems to have a very oily smell that is constant. If we give him a bath it is back within a few days. Is there some way to reduce the odor? Do those bath wipes really work?

Ok, our first month TTC I had the same symptoms as this month - shooting pains through breasts, nausea, tired and got my period after feeling certain I was pregnant. This month it is the same, but with cramping since my last period and headaches and lower back pain. I also have constipation and bloating. I hate the agony of building myself up to be disappointed. Does anyone have a logical, happy answer for me?

My husband and I are TTC. I started my period Nov.18 while extremely jetlagged and with food poisoning. I had strange lighter cramps the entire time but pretty normal flow. I have had cramps ever since and it feels as though my period will start any day. Does anyone know why this is? I don't have pregnancy syptoms other than a stiff lower back. I thought the cramps could be from the food poisioning, but have lasted for over 2 weeks now. No implantation bleeding etc.

We will be arriving at midnight and need a good, safe hotel very close to the airport. We do not want to stay at the airport hotel because of the price (too high).

So the bridal shower is kitchen/recipe themed and we need some fun games that don't include having to use paper and pens to complete surveys. Do you have any fun suggestions for a party of friends, aunts and grandmas?

I went to the gyn. to get an exam and talk about things to do when we TTC. I am taking prenatal vitamins, etc which are what I need to do, but the gyn. told me that my urinalysis should be higher and is only 12.8. What does this mean? I admit that I pretended to understand, but don't. She told me the prenatal vitamins will increase this. What is it and what should I do?

My new dog has an issue with food agression. He eats quickly and does not like others around when he eats. He learned this from having to fight with another dog for food with his previous owner. I am not comfortable going near him while he eats because he growls at times. Secondly, if people food is near he paces and acts starved. He has growled and nipped at our nephew as he was trying to play with him because people food was present. Also, when I give him treats he snaps at it. I make him sit and give it when he stops the snapping, but truly want this to stop completely. The other thing is his squeaky toy. He has become very possessive and growls when you go near it if he is playing with it. He is extremely sweet and loving at all other times though. He is happy and so much fun. FYI - He is an overweight beagle we are trying to slim down. He is fed twice a day 1 cup at a time with carrots for treats a few times during the day. How do we remedy the aggression?

My wedding dress is an ivory halter style dress. I don't want a bulky necklace so I am thinking of wearing a thin gold chain that has a beautiful cross with a diamond in the middle. My fiance gave it to me a few years ago. This will work right? Also, what earrings do I wear with this? I am wearing my hair down, but with my ears exposed (weird description, but the best I can do). Should I wear a bracelet or is that too much if I am wearing a gold tiara also? I like gold the best so I will stick with that color. I am not a jewelry person, so any help will be greatly appreciated!

My male beagle has horrendous gas all hours of the day. We have been exercising him a lot since he is overweight and have reduced his food intake. He gets no table food, but some green beans and peas. Is the beans causing it to be worse? Any suggestions?

We will be married in October and we want to start trying right away. Before judgement is laid down we have been together for over 6 years and are completely ready. So anyway, what are some suggestions others might have? Should I take prenatal vitamins? Any helpful tips for conceiving or health? BTW I am seeing an ob gyn in early Sept.

I asked this question a very long time ago, but want to ask again. I have a strange allergy to brewed tea and am not sure what would be the culprit. I can make hot jasmine tea at home and have no issues. I drank 1 gulp of brewed tea yesterday and my throat started to swell and feel like i had something stuck in it. My chest hurt the rest of the day and I felt like I needed to cough. I figured since I can drink hot tea that I would give it another chance, but had a reaction. Anyone else suffer from this? And no it is not in my head or imagined.

I just got a 2 year old beagle yesterday from my sister. He seems to be happy, but homesick. He goes to the door as if he's ready to go home. I feel really bad =(. How long until he settles in?

So I am getting a new dog tomorrow and I know my cat will flip out. How long do you think it will take her to settle down and what should I do for her to make her less afraid? I don't want her to feel less loved by us bringing in a new pet.

Also, I was told that the dog does not keep his collar on. How can I get him to do so?

I got hit by a firework in the stomach last night. It knocked me back and burned my shirt and my stomach a little. How do you treat something like this? I don't have pain on the outside as much as the inside by my right breast and ribs. Ice it a lot?
