i purchased Sims 3 the other day because I knew you didn't have to have a disc drive. I tried using Origin to redeem my code but it just said I need to redeem it through the official Sims 3 website. any ideas?

I recently got a new laptop, which I downloaded iTunes on. I synced my iPod and it only synced the songs I purchased onto the new library, not the ones I've gotten elsewhere. How can I get those on the new computer?

Today I had my ipod on, and when I clicked the button in the bottom middle (the circle one) it didn't work. So i kept trying until I held it down, which made it work, but now I have to always hold it down. What should I do?

whenever i try to put the disc in it shows a message that says "The Sims 2 is not installed correctly. Please install or Re-install it" and its intalled! But heres the problem, It cant be uninstalled. I searched all over my computer for the thing to uninstall it. It cant be removed from the 'Add/Remove Programs' thing. Help, please.

I Just got an iPod Touch "(or iTuch, w/e) and i entered in all of the account stuff thats on my PC then i downloaded a song off itunes on the Ipod and i didnt get charged for it, but it says i bought it. anyone know why that happened?

Ok, so you know how whenever there is an object or places to walk, you have to click your mouse to use it. well when i get that option, it only shows up for like 3 seconds then goes away, and i cant do anything. does anyone know whats doing this?

ok so today i changed my age to 18 so i could use yoville. then yoville didnt work so i removed it then it changed my age back to thirteen, without me doing anything. so now it wont let me change it at all, its just text. help?
