I shot video at a museum during Covid where everyone wore a (Covid)mask. One shot was of a person with his back to me as he looked at a painting. Other people occasionally walked into my frame as I shot video. Obviously, there is no opportunity to get their permission at this point. I would like to publish/post my video on youtube, vimeo, etc.

KickStart is way for artists and others to raise funds for their projects from public donors(pledges). Spike Lee has raised over 1 Million dollars this way. What happens if Spike is able to make his film with less than a Million? Does he get to keep the unused money? If he buys film equipment, does he get to keep it? The only mention of propriety regarding use of funds, is that the artist must complete the proposed project. Seems to me that this leaves open the opportunity for abuse.

I have made several comments on MSNBC and have had many replies. But I never get any notification. I have to scroll down and search for replies to my comments. I've been on YouTube where I am notified (by email) of all replies to my comments. Does MSNBC not use the same notification system?

I've read that most Movie Directors shoot a lot of film/video but only use a small portion of it. Most ends up on the cutting-room floor.Some have a ratio of 50 to 1. 50 shots to get 1 good shot. Do they destroy or delete these unused shots? Are they lost forever?

I've read that it is better to have a buyers agent when purchasing a house. But if the purchase only involves land, are buyers agents really necessary? Or will a buyers agent be better able to dig for potential problems with the land(like hidden contamination,future development plans,building restrictions,ect).

I have a book on building septic systems.It seems to be a simple job(mostly digging). Do I need a permit? Am I allowed to do this work? Or does it require a licensed contractor?

Some septic tanks have alarms that warn when they need to be pumped. But sometimes these can malfunction. Has anybody devised a simple way to check the tank level(like with a dip stick)? It seems like such an easy way to check the level using a dip stick. Why haven't septic tank manufacturers installed simple(non malfunctioning) dip sticks?

The last couple of years, I've noticed people(politicians,professors,authors,experts,ect) respond to a question with the word so. Example: Reporter:"What made you think nuclear milk fusion was possible?" Expert: "So, we worked on the premise that..." What is the reason for responding in this way? When did it start?

Another season of sneezing and itchy eyes. Alegra does work, But I would prefer taking something more benign with less possible toxicity. I've tried several Natural Remedy/supplements, but they haven't worked. Has anyone found something safe that really works?

I plan on making an amatuer movie. I will be shooting in public places like buses and trains and busy streets and market areas.I would like to include shots of people(including their voices). Is it legal for me to video tape people without their permission? And if my movie should hit the lottery and win an Academy Award, will there be any legalities? I doubt that will happen but my movie could end up on YouTube. (When possible, I will ask permission of people before I video tape them).

I would like to build a small cabin in a rural area. Do I need to be a licensed plumber or electrician to do this work? If my work meets the required code as determined by a building inspector... is this sufficient? I plan to use a plumbing/electrician manual to do the work.

After years of watching Survivor, it occured to me that it would be really tough to go a month without floss or toilet paper.

I need extra strong light to work at home at night. Will such a strong light cause any harm to my health due to the prolonged exposure(3-4 hours a night)?

As each State has its own regulation (regarding auto window tint), what will happen when traveling from State to State? If my tinted windows are legal in my State but illegal in another, will I be ticketed?

My 2006 Saturn Ion driver-side door is locked shut. All other doors operate. This problem first happened after rain wet the door(window open for 20 minutes). Could the rain have caused this problem? How much will it cost to repair?

The directions say to take pill with water, not juice. Can I drink juice 5 min before or after? Or should I wait an hour? And if I eat an orange, will the juice of the orange affect the medicine?

As it is such a basic service, does it really matter where I have my car serviced? I've read that it's better to take your car to an independent mechanic. How could anyone mess up an oil change?
