  • Suse drivers with OpenSuse?

Hi!. I have a HP Probook 450 which came with SUSE Linux but i had to format HDD for Windows. My question is i'm thinking about installing OpenSUSE and HP has all the drivers(hybrid graphics / wireless / etc..) available on their site for SUSE, will they work for OpenSUSE as well?

another question: what are the difference between SUSE Enterprise and OpenSUSE. will OpenSUSE work just as well as SUSE did?

Thanks. sorry if there's too many questions.

  • KDE+Debian Linux distro?

Hi. I'm currently on Ubuntu with KDE. but i'm having some performance issues with KDE and some other qt4 based applications. so with the X11 and Mir conflicts coming, I'm looking for a reliable and supported Debian based Linux distro with KDE other than Kubuntu. Linux is my main OS so it has to be very stable has anyone got any suggestions?

  • can anyone name this tv show probably from 90s may be 80s?

i have this vague memory of an old adventure tv series aired in the 90s, about a guy with a strange wrist watch that can do anything. he regularly used it to save the day. i remember this one episode where he got his watch smashed, and when he pushed buttons it just blew smoke. but later that week as a Christmas present he got a new one from a stranger. People spoke English in it so it was probably American/Canadian or British. I recently remembered this and it's making me crazy! Does any one knows what i'm on about?
