I am going to buy a pioneer deh p7900bt head unit and was looking for the trim ring for it because it doesnt come with one. My question is will a ring from another head unit fit it? because the rings for this head unit are $20 while the trim rings for other head units are much cheaper? thanks in advance for your answers..

This is specifically to those with a manual transmission and who have a 93-97 model year.. Is it normal to almost floor it when accelerating from a stop, and while trying to maintain 70mph? Do you have rattling noises throughout your truck on the inside and out?

I am doing a project for my anatomy class. I am creating a villain of the cardiovascular system. What my villain looks like is a mermaid. Anybody have any catchy-mermaidy-names? I recently installed an old Sherwood XA-1140 in my truck and it's been acting funky. When just the positive and negative power wires are connected, the amp gets about 13.5 volts, however when I hook up the yellow remote signal (which is required for the amp to power up) to +12 volts (It's a factory radio and doesn't have a yellow signal wire of its own), the amp voltage goes down to roughly 3 volts. I will double check that all my speaker input and outputs are right but I doubt that's the problem. I really want this to work because I've done all the work of installing it. Thanks in advance for your help.
