Any news on Senate Bill 4582 - Will daylight saving time be extended or not?

Don't suggest repair kits or fillers, these are not deep, just surface scratches that might be from sand under a chair leg, etc. A few years ago I used a permanent marker thing made just for furniture repairs, took less than a minute to do several places. I can't remember the name. Might have started with an M. Was expensive, but well worth it. Fifteen to twenty dollars. Couldn't tell where the scratches were after I went over them. Now I have a few more places that need to be touched up.

Each Christmas she'd make a point of asking son when he's getting married. One day I told her to stop embarrassing him, that he's love to find someone and have a family. Last week she called and asked my spouse if our son is gay and added that she'd rather he be gay than go out with a (sorry) N. like her son did.

Maybe she just wants to start rumors to take the families minds off her problems, which we don't see as a problem. If she'd said that to me I might have slapped her.

My two sons were both crazy about the same girl once, and I would bet that my single son isn't gay. He works nights, lives in a small town, and doesn't have a chance to meet many women. If he were gay I wouldn't love him any less. I just need some suggestions on dealing with this horrible woman, should I have the misfortune to see again.

In 2009 husband gave friend $40,000 for medical bills. We don't regret it, but now he needs to go to a nursing home. IRS took 35% from us for gift tax, a surprise. Withdrew IRA money & paid it, then had to pay IRS 15% tax on withdrawal.

SS and pensions was enough to live on. Now husband had a stroke & will go to nursing home.

I can pay for it a few years but when the state (medicare) takes over they will take two vintage vehicles and his truck, and I'll keep my car. They can take what we have left in our bank accounts, savings, and retirement money, and leave me with around $100,000. I just found out that they'll subtract the gift amount and $15,000 we paid for our prepaid funeral expenses, leaving me with only $45,000. I'll have to sell our home and buy a cheaper condo (giving them the difference) because I'll no longer be able to afford my house with the smaller SS income. I didn't realize they would cut the retirement money. Is my only option to get a divorce so I can keep my half? My husband isn't competent to take his name of our savings and bank account.
