I know, many of you say that you are not forced to buy liability insurance because you do not have to drive a car, but I would beg to differ. Walk 20 miles to town and back in this heat with a week's worth of groceries and we will see if you don't need to drive. Not everyone lives in a metro area with bus service. But why complain? If the government is ever allowed to tell you that you have to buy something, how is that many do not know that if you give them an inch, they will take a mile?

Murderers aren't executed in painful ways because of the cruel and unusual punishment clause in the US Constitution, but I would think that being thrown into a concrete cell without windows is very cruel and unusual.
