My Brother MFC J65 100W has been printing tody but this evening has decided not to print - it is giving status as offline -I have tried all sorts but still won't print - it printed a test page

My friend's central heating boiler has broken down. A plumber said it is an air lock in the small water tank in it. Looks as though a special took is needed to release a screw on the side of it. Worcester Boilers want £180 call out charge! which they haven't got. Is there anything they can do? Does it need a special tool?
