Does anyone know how many hours of jail time is equal to one day? I have heard that 8 hours in jail equals one day is this true or does anyone know how that works? please help

I have currently been charged with a felony and I know I am innocent but I want to know how I could get a copy of the evidence that the prosecutor may have. How would I go about getting a copy of this report?

One year ago I got the birth control Mirena inserted. The first three months I had very bad pain where is felt like I had a big air bubble in my stomach and I was taking lorataps to stop the pain. After three months these pains went away. I started getting bacterial infections. I have been treated for bacterial infection three times now and now a month after being treated I have another bacterial infection. Beside the fact of bacterial infection I love the mirena because i dont have to worry about getting pregnant. Do you think I should take the mirena out and try another birth control? If Yes do you know any birth control that is simuliar to the mirena that I dont have to worry about taking and changing?

I am a US citizen planning to move to jamaica and I am married to a jamaican citizen and I wanted to see if anyone knows how long it would take me to receive dual citizenship??? Also will my husband have to be in jamaica in order for me to get dual citizenship or can I recieve it by myself??

My son is 5 years old and his biological father has not seen him since he was 8 months old.. My husband has taken care of him since he was 1 year old.... My husband and I have two more children together and we all carry the same last name but my 5 year old does not... My son asked for the first time his last name is different... My son is 2 years old and this pass friday he had a lot of blood in his stool.. What could this mean. He is in Jamaica and I am abroad he is currently in the hospital so I only know what my mother in law is telling.. She says he is fine and not to worry that he is playing but they are running some test.. She says it only happened one time and it has not happened agian.If he is fine then why is he still in the hospital?? Has this happened to anyone else?? What could be wrong???

My husband was arrested in utah and he has warrants in florida for violation of probation and carrying a concealed weapon..how long does the state of Florida have to file the papers to extradite him before Utah jail will release him??

When he first went in he had a bond for 50,000.00 then the next day he had no bond. The following day he had a 50,000.00 bond and I called and said that if the paperwork is not filed by 6:00 the following day then he would be released... So today I check agian and he is back at no bond.. I called and ask if the paperwork was filed they told me they did not know.. So from what I just said what would you thnk is going on??? In january of 2007 I found on my phone bill where my husbands ex- girlfriend had called him few times. Well did not say anything at the time and I was just watching and the calls were only incoming calls. She stopped calling in febuary.

I recently found messages from her on his webpage she was asking him how he is doing and when did he get married. He said how do you know I am married and then he said you know to much got to go.

Then I sent her a friend request on myspace and she asked who is this and the she said funny. We got into a little arguement in the arguement she said your husband does not love you because if he did he would not cheat on you. Then I asked her when did he cheat and with who she said with her one time in January the same time I saw her calling him.

So I asked him about it and he says she is lying. He said she always looking for me I don't look for her and in january she got his number from a friend of his and she searched for him on the web but he never contacted her.

I do believe her because she is getting married but then agian I dont because why would she be calling him and sending him messages and also when I contacted her she got very upset.

She also told me he cheated on her all the time.

I feel once a cheater always a cheater right?

So who do I believe her or my husband?
