hi, my family and friends love sliced lamb for hotpot (northern chinese style mainly). Already sliced lamb offen more expensive, slicing lamb are very hard. therefore, I am think about investing in a meat slicer. I noticed some slicers on the market. most only can cut Deli thick. I am afraid that we need a little thiner than that. plsease help us chose a meat slicer.
