how can I buy realestate with my 403b?
I am a 56 year old nurse who is leaving a job of 25 years. I will be starting a new job soon. I want to take my 403b money to buy a home for investment purposes. I've read about self directing IRAs, but have a few questions. How do I start one on my own (without a custodian) and will taxes be taken out of my 403b account before I roll it over and make a real estate purchase? Also, I may not be receiving rent for a while because I want the home for my disabled sister who can't pay right away. Is that legal if I don't have income from the property for awhile. Also is there a minimal amount that has to stay in the IRA account?

We have loved each other since we were very young (many years) and recently got back together. Now we have been separated by unforunate circumstances and although neither of us want this it is what he has chosen due to obligations. I am devastated because he is the love of my life.

Why should only certain illegals have more rights than others. I have many eastern european friends who would love to be able to stay in the US and work and send money to their familes back home.
