Hiya, I've recently gone up a few cup sizes quite fast and I need lots of new bra's, so obviously I cant buy 15 £30 bra's cause that's too expensive. What are some nice good quality cheep bras? A link would be much appreciated. Thank you so much! (ps. I'm in the UK so I can't buy at target or anything but amazons fine I just don't want to buy something at wont fit properly. Also I don't particularly like Primark bras.)

Yesterday evening I sang in a concert, my teacher was very stressed and didn't have time to let me warm up and she made me go strait into singing. Ever since I've had a really bad sore throat and it's feels like there's a massive lump in my throat that really hurts. Also I've not just felt it in my throat, I've felt like there's a sore part under my ribs at my chest. Is there any way to treat this and is it just a sore throat? Cause I have another concert on saturday and I really need to get better or make the decision to pull out. Thanks for your help.

My friend is going through a really bad time, through depression. I want to find a way of making each day start off well for her so i decided to give her a motivational quote every morning so she can start her day happy. This generation's music is so bad, all the pop and young children idols blatantly singing about sex and swearing when like seven year old's listen to the music? It's just disturbing! Pop music's a disgrace to the human race in my opinion! What I don't understand is why parents let their kids listen to it?!? Why is this generations signature music so bad?

I am 13 and I have been wearing under-wired bras since I was 12 but I have recently been told that they under-wired bras shouldn't be worn when your still growing? Is this true, if so why? x

I have 2 but the first one isn't really mine.

1. My dad had a band when he was younger about 15 I think. One of the pet shop boys auditioned for his band and my dad didn't let him in the band! (bit of a mistake there then!)

2. My old rs teacher was in the band saving aimee! He never performed for me though :'(

I am 13 and I would like to to be a RSPCA volunteer one day. I can ride horses very well I can also muck out clean tack and things like that, I love dogs (good at training and walking ect.), I have two cats and I'm experienced at handling them, I have had various small animals as pets so I am quite experienced them. I have already raised money for the RSPCA with school (I organised it!) but I would love to do more...
