Yesterday I set up my own server for me and my friend to use. Today we played on it, but she couldn't see my skin and I couldn't see hers, we both just appear as steves. I could see my own skin no problem, and same for her, but not each others. How do we fix this problem? Is it something wrong with the server itself? I tried reuploading my skin to my minecraft profile through minecraft.net/profile, but even then she still could not see it.

I made a minecraft server so me and my friend could play together, but every time I try to connect to it with localhost, it says "failed to connect to server java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:" I did the port forwarding it is allowed in the windows firewall, I don't understand why it still isn't working?

I got this new laptop a few days ago and right when I started using it I noticed some issues with the mouse. It will occasionally freeze or randomly dart across the screen when I'm trying to click on something. Why does this happen? It's very annoying clicking on something accidentally because the cursor spazzes out. Is there something wrong with the touchpad?

My friend is getting an xbox one and i already have the 360. We wanted to know, if she plays a game and wants to invite me on xbox live, would it work even if we have different consoles? We really want to play multiplayer together.

I got a kitten new years eve about 8 or 9 months old, and for the first week we had her she was a sweetheart. She'd sleep on my bed with me, and let me pet her and carry her. Now, I can barely let her in my room without her trying to play with the clothes. Or if i let her stay on my lap, within a minute she starts digging her claws into me or trying to attack my hands. On that note, she attacks hands and feet a lot. If you're not wearing slippers in the house, when she sees your feet about 90% of the time she will attack them like one of her toys, and same with the hands. The whole clapping loudly and shouting no thing does not work. A friend of mine suggested we use a newspaper and hit her with it just hard enough to get her to stop. It kind of works, when she sees it or hears it she goes running. But 5 minutes later shes doing the same thing again. She also constantly climbs onto the counter, even when we try to make her stop. How do we stop this behavior? Will she outgrow it? I just want to be able to hold her and pet her without worrying about getting bitten or scratched.

I'm 16 and about 108-112 pounds and 5'3. I've always had a very tiny frame and I'm very small boned. I guess i gained some weight in my legs, cause there's stretchmarks behind my knees and kind of on my calves. Also on my upper thighs and butt. They're so embarrassing, and I really want to wear shorts when it's hot. I used to last summer, but my mom said they looked gross and I shouldn't wear shorts anymore so i stopped. When I go swimming at my friends house, I have to wear those swim shorts instead of a bikini. It's so embarrassing! How can I quickly make them go away so people won't notice them anymore?

I have a dell inspiron but im not sure what model. The computer is about 2 years old and couple months ago random white lines would flicker across the bottom half of the screen. It isn't consistent it just happens randomly, and goes away if i smack the side of the screen. I can still use the computer when this happens but it's very annoying to deal with especially when on youtube. Why is this happening? how do i fix it?

2 days ago I downloaded a bunch of new custom content clothing, shoes, accessories etc and new sliders. When making a new sim there is a whole bunch of clothes that I didn't download, and they look really creepy on the sim. I tried deleting them from the launcher, but they don't show up. How do I get rid of them? I also downloaded some premade sims like lana del ray, nicki minaj, etc.

I've had my tumblr for maybe 2 or 3 years, and I only have 220 followers. I'm really proud of my blog and what I post but people just don't follow me. Does anyone have suggestions for my blog/how to gain followers? This is a serious question so no trolls.

I want to use an sd card from my old camera for my wii so i can copy the games from the save data. I read that I have to format on my computer first, and when i try to do something it says, "You need to format the disk in drive E: before you can use it". I try to do that, but then it says "Windows was unable to complete the format". Then when i x it out, it says "Windows can't format E". I don't know what I'm doing wrong here, but I really just want to format the sd card to be able to use in my wii.

I'm 15, almost 16 in 4 months. I'm about 5'2 or 5'3 and i weigh from 108-114. My frame is pretty small like i basically look like a twig, but my thighs and calves are like balloons. Compared to the rest of me my legs just look weird and unnatural and it caused a lot of stretch marks. I'm not the most active person like I literally lay in bed all day on the computer and eating snacks, but I have a pretty fast metabolism and like I said, basically a twig. I'm really insecure about my legs because they look this way. Are there any kinds of exercises I can do to make them smaller and make my body look more proportioned?

A few days ago the top left part of my nose (the part where your glasses sit) has been tickling. Like it feels like there's a hair or eyelash there or something, but there's absolutely nothing there. The sensation goes away as soon as I touch that part of my nose, and it comes and goes through out the day. It's really irritating and I have no idea why it's happening. It really feels like there's a hair there but there's nothing at all. I don't have allergies or anything and I'm not sick so I don't think that's the case.

Me and this guy dated 2 years ago, twice. Both times were only for about a month so it was never a serious relationship and I didn't love him, I just liked him a lot at the time. After we broke up the second time, we haven't talked since, so we're not friends anymore. The next year I had classes with him and we made really awkward eye contact but we still didn't talk. The school year that just ended, we had no classes, we just occasionally saw each other in the halls. I will admit that when I see him my heart still jumps a bit, but only because the eye contact we have makes me nervous. I don't like him anymore. I'm really confused as to why he's recently started showing up in my dreams again? He hasn't showed up in my dreams for several months.

My 16th birthday is December 9th (yes I like to plan ahead). I have no idea what kind of party to have since a 16th birthday is supposed to be all cool and stuff. I suck at throwing parties and I need something fun. Not too many people are going to be invited, I would say 15 at most. I don't want a dancing thing because I don't like those kinds of parties. Ice skating seems pretty cool, but that's about all I got. It also can't be extremely expensive, moderate pricing.

Whenever I go on a rollercoaster or a ride with steep drops, I get that g-force feeling like normal people, but I scream extremely loud and after a while the scream runs out and I make a weird noise like I'm running out of air or something. it can be pretty embarrassing when I go on rides with my friends. what is this and how can I control it? if it helps I'm 15 and weigh about 112 pounds

Next month my class (freshmen) is taking a field trip to central park and then to the metropolitan museum of art. we're taking a walking tour of central park and i'm not sure what to bring. I was thinking about taking a crossbody purse with my iphone, headphones, and other necessities you keep in a purse. We also have to bring bagged lunch and instantly I thought about bringing panera bread. Would that spoil quickly? Also, what are the best shoes to wear for what we're doing? Should I bring extra money?

I skin is extremely oily. I wake up in the morning, and my face is disgustingly oily. I wash it when I wake up with Oxy face wash, and use clean and clear moisturizer. I don't wear face makeup at all, only eye makeup when I feel like it. I feel my skin get oily within an hour of being in school, and by the time I get home it's gross. I take care of it again and by the time I go to sleep, it's a mess. I wash and moisturize again before I go to sleep and the cycle starts all over again. How can I fix this? It's embarrassing/disgusting and I can't take it anymore. Has to be anything under 20 dollars. I'm 15 by the way

every day at the most random times, my wifi will just disconnect itself, then after about 10-15 seconds it reconnects. this is very irritating and i don't know why it keeps happening. is there any way to solve this problem? my laptop is a dell inspiron but i don't know what model, and my wifi box thing is cisco if that helps.

So there's this guy, and I kind of have a crush on him. I've known him for years, because we had CCD together, and at some point years ago we were in the same karate class, now we're in the same school, same class. My friend who is good friends with him told me he's kind of a player, but I'm not sure about it. We kind of talk sometimes, but I'm REALLY shy. Lately he's been staring at me a lot, and gets slightly quiet when I'm around. According to my friend, he still likes is ex girlfriend and has been really depressed over her, and she's trying to help him. He considers me as a friend, but we don't really seem like friends because we only talk when forced by our mutual friend. Should I keep trying with this guy, or should I move on to someone else? He seems pretty sweet and I don't want to believe the whole player thing. If you were in my shoes, what would you do?
