Is U.S. 331 out of Montgomery, AL. a good option to get to U.S. 85 South and Fort Walton Beach, FL.?
Mapquest takes me down I-65 to Pensacola but 331 out of Montgomery is an almost straight shot to Fort Walton Beach. 331 is 2 lane through the country (it passes thru Luverne and Opp) and I do not know the speed limit but it does look like a pretty drive. However I do not want to waste too much time.

my bank has offered to lock in 4% for 5 years for a fee of 250 dollars. My ARM cant go up more than 2 % per year with a lifetime cap of 10%. My current rate is pegged at the 1 year CMT (.37%) +2.5 %. The new rate is pegged to the 1 year LIBOR (which runs about 1% higher than CMT) + 2.5%. At the end od the 5 years it begins to adjust every year again as it does now.
These rates continue to drift down and the lower they go the deal just gets better. If my ARM adjusted today it would drop below 3%! It might adjust even lower in Oct, 2010 but I do not want to risk a rate spike in the next 5 years and wish I had locked in at 4%. How do I determine the right choice?

The answers I have read to the same question don't seem to work. I right click on the item, the "CUT COPY DELETE" menu appears, I select DELETE, and the item disappears. The next time I expand the history bar, the item is still there! What am I doing wrong?
