The airlines are considering allowing customers to use their cell phones while in flight. Is this a good idea? Why or why not?

Personally, I just start having a really loud conversation with whoever is with me about a gross topic, like my rampant toe fungus, and the cell phone yeller usually moves away. How do others handle this?

If not, how do you handle it? Ignore them? Pour your soda over their heads?

Some people condemn homosexuality as wrong because of the reference to it in the Bible in Leviticus. Should the people who condemn it on that basis be forced to follow all of the 613 laws stated there?

I have a 12 year old cockatiel. We bought him at a chain pet store, so he wasn't hand tamed. I tamed him enough to handle, but he's not lovely-dovey. He's out of his cage most of the time, and he either sits on his jungle gym on top or sits on the couch. Over the last few weeks, he has suddenly gotten very clingy. Whenever I'm in the room, he wants to sit on ME! He gets mad if I move (which he's always done), but he wants to be on my shoulder or leg rather than on the couch. Why would a 12 year old bird suddenly exhibit this behavior?

Do you hate it when a local news station (Fox local news seems to be the worst) misleads you about a story in the promos? They seem to make it sound a lot more exciting, interesting, or imporant than it really is. Is that a valid way to increase viewership, or does it turn you off?

I've scoured the web and can't find any info. on this. It was a cartoon starring Robert Evans on Comedy Central. We recorded some of the episodes but are missing several, so I'd love to know about a DVD release.

My personal favorite is "The Year Without a Santa Claus" because Snow Miser totally rocks! "Here Comes Peter Cottontail" runs a close second...you gotta love Irontail. So what's YOUR favorite?

Nowadays, some amusement parks are letting people cut the lines if they are willing to pay extra to do it. Some Six Flags parks let you buy a certain number of cut-the-line passes, and Universal Orlando gives this privilege to people who stay at their hotels. For those staying offsite, a pass is available for purchase. Do you agree with this policy, or should everyone be equal where waits are concerned?

I love Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH, but haven't been there in years. I always loved Magnum XL. Is it still the best, or did one of the newer coasters overtake it?
