So I've gotten really involved in the idea of wanting to start animating using a graphics tablet but in all honesty I have no idea where to start. So what are good animation softwares and then if you know what are the best brands for graphic tablets? I'm looking for one between $40-$100

So i want to make a keep calm and carry on poster and i know theres an image generation online that you can use to make one but i want to be able to put my own picture as the background. is there anywhere online i can do that?

So for Halloween i want to be Deadmau5 and i wanted to make like a replica head of his with maybe the eyes glowing or something.

Do you have any tips or pointers on how i should do this? i wanna keep the costume under $150.

Ok so let me give like a detailed thing about this.

Say in California, the state were to revote on Prop 8 (which is to let Gays marry legally in California) (please dont throw your opions in the comments) and the state were to vote for Prop 8. Say the governer wasn't happy with that. Is the governer allowed to not care about it and just say no its not allowed to happen? Or is that aganiest freedom of speech? Please let me know! I'm kinda iffy about it. I'm a super hard core fan of the tv show and i feel this is either going to make it better or its going to ruin the franchise. I think it seems more dramatic than the actual show was. Oh and Zuko, doesn't even have his scar! So lame! that was like Zuko's trademark! What do you think?
