i have been constipated for most of the last month... (of course not the entire month, i think i might die, but for the most part) and when my stomach aches real bad the only thing that seems to help is icecream. that sounds like an ulcer, but could an ulcer cause constipation?>

my boyfriend and I are going to vegas in June - first time for both of us. I dont know if we should stay in a hotel on freemont street, or stay in a hotel on the strip. what do you suggest.... AND why

i have a memorex 1g mp3 player that is supposed to hold 500 songs, but I have downloaded 189 songs and it wont hold anymore. there is no pictures of videos or anything else on it so i dont know why it wont take more music

Someone said that we burn about 500 extra calories around that time and thats why we have such a large apitite then. is that true?

I started a new diet and exercise program and have been getting stopped up every since. I thought exercise helped that.... AND I eat a lot of fruits, grains and veggies so I know that isnt my problem

My dr put me on a diet. exercise 3-5 days a week (I was already doing this) and reduce my calories to 1500 a day.

And I had sex last night. I know that sperm can live inside a woman for a few days, is there a chance I could get pregnant by removing the iud the day after sex?

I have been working so hard at they gym to take off some weight. I have been at it for two months now and I got on the scale two days ago and had only lost 5 pounds (grrr) got on the scale today and four of those pounds were back...WTF is that!??? I have an IUD, i would hate to think that was the reason, but I didnt even think that four pounds could pile back on in two days... advice?

I programed it, and double checked it, but the timer doesnt work! the clock works on it just fine and I can override it to turn on, but otherwise I just cant get it to work! I think I already threw away the box so I cant take it back. anyone know how to make it work?

I had them out yesterday and I have no pain at all! yay! but I miss food, all I have had is a milkshake, pudding, a little soup, and applesauce.

I have started working out 5 days a week. weights and cardio four days a week and hour long yoga one day a week. I know that building lean muscle will make pounds come off slower because muscle is heavier than fat.

So is it true that inches will come off before pounds? How long before inches come off? I am going into week four of this routiene
