Do you have nystagmus? Are you tasking meds for it?
If so what are the names of the meds and do they do any good? I need something to mention to my Doctor who doesn't seem to know medfs are being used for the condition.
2 AnswersMental Health1 year agoWhat suppressor do I need to stop TV interference?
I use my 60MH persuasion vibrator while on the couch, watching TV. But it interferes with the TV signal.
Or do I have to plug my antenna box into a suppressor? Maybe both? I have an old flat screen that's why I'm using the signal box.
3 AnswersTVs2 years agoWhat's wrong with the electric door?
We recently purchased a 2009 Town and Country Chrysler van. Both big doors were working well, electrically, two inside switches and from the remote. Then one day while I was inside in the front, the wife opened it up and when it came time to close it, she hit the button to close it, then at the same time I hit the other switch. That would have close it, but the wife again hit the switch to close it. I hit the switch and that made it open. Then it just sopped working.
We tried the remote and nothing but a clicking sound, no movement. We now have to open and close it manually.
We checked the fuse for it and it appears ok. Kept it out long enough in case there might be a reset.
We had to have tripped a relay switch or fried a motor, But what, and where is the item that is no longer working?
3 AnswersChrysler3 years agoWhat, do you suppose, caused the ground on the far right plug to overheat and distort the way it did?
I pulled these three plugs from my 2009 Chrysler van, I recently purchased, and one, far right, shows overheating so bad the ground shows peeled metal and distortion, What do you suppose caused so much heat it distorted and peeled? Maybe just a bad plug from the start?

5 AnswersChrysler4 years agoHas the prostitution problem in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii been 'fixed"?
8 or so years ago we were in Honolulu and every night as the sun went down, at a large kind of, 'open' intersection with very wide sidewalks, I can't remember the intercession, (though I remember a Denny's restaurant there) we could watch the girls being dropped off.
Crowds of people were on the sidewalk and the girls could/would sort of blend in, but eventually the crowds would all fade away and only the girls were on the sidewalks.
We were back a couple of years ago and we saw a lot of construction on that particular intersection, corner. I appears they have sort of 'closed' off the large sidewalk and narrowed it up considerably by building out further to the street.
I thought immediately, they are working to expand commercial space, obviously. But then too, maybe it's an attempt to curb prostitution in the area. Or at least 'push' it somewhere else. Correct?

2 AnswersCelebrities5 years agoI recently purchased a 'Lock Wallet' to protect my new debit/credit card with the chip in it.?
With all the shoddy products and scams out there, I thought I should test it. I put my cell phone in it, zipped it shut, and had someone across town call my phone. My phone rang. So I'm thinking the Lock Wallet failed the test.
Was that a fair test?
2 AnswersCell Phones & Plans5 years agoI recently bought an 85 Pontiac Fiero?
If it should brake down and needs to be towed, is there anything I should be aware of?
I know you need to be cautious of how i's hoisted in the air because of the water/cooling pipes underneath, so that's part of why I'm asking.
5 AnswersPontiac5 years agoWhat have you done to actually alleviate snoring that has actually worked, whether for yourself or your partner?
Please, do not make suggestions or direct me to URLs on the net. I want to hear from those that have actually used some device or doctoring that led to the END of yours, or your partner's snoring problem.
2 AnswersOther - Health6 years agoHave you had this problem with your heater fan in your Chrysler van, and fixed it?
Two years ago I had a different engine installed in my 1999 Chrysler 3.3L van. After the job was done I could only get
high fan on my heater fan intermittently. It has dual climate control for passenger and
driver. Eventually I couldn't t get high fan at all. Now I believe it s gone down one more
speed because it seems quieter than usual. I installed a new resistor block and even ran a
jumper wire from the negative battery post to the resistor block to assure it had proper
ground. Still no high fan. Then I ordered a new control unit for it off Ebay. The
description said tested , guaranteed to work. Still no high fan. I returned the control
unit.
Can you tell me what the problem is that I cannot get high speed from my interior blower fan?
1 AnswerChrysler6 years agoHow can I power up a coinco coin mech s75-9800b on the bench?
I have identified the problem with my coinco s75-9800b and can fix it, but I need to power it up on the bench, rather than taking it to a machine and plug in to it to work on it.
It has an 8 pin plug with a centering pin for plugging into the machine.
It's identical to the one in this pc: http://www.capitalvending.com/cart.php?target=prod...
1 AnswerDo It Yourself (DIY)6 years agoWhich sensor is the problem?
I have a 1998 Plymouth Voyager SE van with the 3.3L V-6. For the past year if I try drive in D, the transmission will not shift properly and sometime goes into limp in mode. I can easily cancel that code with my OBD II Tester and move on. So I have quit driving in D and only use 3, and stay in town with it only. Where I can usually only go 30 to 35MPH.
Kennedy Transmission told me that the BIG sensor, that cap at the end of the tranny behind the driver's side wheel, needs to be replaced to the tune of $500.00.
I can never find pics of that supposed sensor on the web.
I find pics of the two small ones at the side of the tyranny, up front (they failed and were replaced long time ago) and others on the rear side of the tranny. They're speed input and speed output, if I remember correctly.
Which sensor is giving me the problem of shifting from 3 to 4th gear?
5 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs6 years agoABS problem / brake problem?
I have a 1996 Chrysler Sebring, 2.4L, with 115K on it ,with ABS brakes. Disc in front, drums in rear, A few months back the brake pedal was way to the floor. I tore down the rear brakes (shoes) and noticed a fluid leak. I cleaned off all the fluid from the shoes and parts and reassembled them. I also cleaned the rotor for the ABS sensor and the sensor itself. The light had been on, but now it was/is off, so I got the sensors and their rotors clean enough.
The pedal came up some because I adjusted up the rear brakes after I disassembled everything, but eventually the pedal went to the floor and there was no chance of ever making a panic stop that would slide the tires on the pavement. Real mushy. So over the course of a few weeks I bled the brakes a number of times and the pedal would come up but eventually they would go to the floor again and be mushy.
Now today the brake pedal came all the way to the top and would not go down. In about 10 miles of town driving the rotors up front were blue, they got so hot.
What's my most likely problem, my brake booster, the one way valve for the booster, or in the accumulator for the ABS unit? No hissing from the booster so no vac leak. No fluid between the booster and master cylinder, and the master cylinder is full.
The ABS light has not come on. at all.
4 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs6 years agoI live in an older mobile home and have brown condensation?
marks on some areas of the ceiling. I have tried before to paint over them. Of course using water based paint.
Naturally the the brown spots bleed through time and time again until finally covered with the waterbase white paint.
Is there a product (other than something oil based) that I can use that would stop the bleed through so I don't have keep coating it day after day until the bleed through stops?
6 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs7 years agoI have a problem with rust on my van.?
I have tried the rust coating/preventive that they sell in the stores, Namely Loctite extend rust neutralizer. I doesn't seem to work that well.
So my question is has anybody tried the product/s from rustguy.com? I see they have a surface prep that is supposed to be used before their rust preventer
I called them and asked what the difference is between their product and that in the stores and all the guy would say is that they eliminate the middle man. He seemed testy so I didn't press the issue.
So if possible what's your take on using the rustguy stuff as opposed to the Loctite stuff?
2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs7 years agoWhy do you suppose the grass in my yard grows faster?
You probably don't know about the 'north country' (North Dakota) and the grass up here, but why do you suppose the grass in my yard grows faster and better in the 'shade' of the outdoor table and chase lounge?
I have noticed this mainly in the summer, not before, in the spring, like I have noticed it now.
It's been exceptionally cool, near cold, cloudy, and rainy since the grass came back from dormancy 4 or so weeks ago, so direct or indirect sunlight seems to really have no bearing on the subject. Or does it?
