  • Arrow vs Bulletproof Vest?

    "I contacted one of the guys in our test lab. He said that none of our ballistic soft body that he has tested can stop an arrow. It would require armor piercing steel reinforcement (trauma plate) to stop it. Our multi-threat 3A ballistics and level 3 stab has not been tested. He said that could possibly stop it.

  • Notable Arkansas?

    My niece is doing one of those "state a to z" things for school and we/she can't find anything starting with the letters "I" and "K".

    Any Arkansas natives know of a place, a thing, a person etc that's pretty notable (that she can look up on the web and write a short paragraph about)?

    We're stumped. Any help would be appreciated!

  • Objects at a distance....?

    If a one foot tall item appears to be one foot tall at one foot distance, how tall would the same item appear to be at 600 feet?

    Is it simply 1/600th of a foot? Am I totally off the mark?
