  • How do I get a bleach stain out of my black sports jacket?

I work as a tour guide in Boston and I wear a black suit (Kind of like the Blues Brothers) with a picture embroidered on the back. The suit is not that expensive, but the embroidery was and I can't just go out and buy a new one. Someone rubbed up against the suit, and must have had bleach on their clothes, or something else like a detergent, and caused a red stain on the jacket. Picture if someone wearing a wooly red sweater rubbed off on you - only it won't come out. I even brought it to the dry cleaners - but they couldn't help. Is there some way I can paint or dye the place where the stain is without having it look bad? Please help me - it's driving me crazy!

  • On Heroes Last night, what was the song that was playing while Peter and Nathan were talking at the party?

It was an upbeat little number with lyrics that sounded kind of like "Do it. Take your mama out tonight." I really don't think it was the Siscor Sisters - that song doesn't sound like this one. It was the one that played right before Avalon by Roxy Music.

Van Halen - arguably two bands with Hagar and Roth fronting, both have given us great riffs and catchy party lyrics. They've beat Boston and Stevie Wonder. Can they outrock their competition now?

The Rolling Stones - legends. They may be past their prime, but they can still rock. Think back on music history and chancer are they'll be there. But is their legend strong enough to overshadow those talented Van Halen boys?

    Sweet Sixteen - East Bracket

Ozzy Osborne - it came down to a buzzer beater when Ozzy scored in the final seconds to beat out Genesis. He had a similar matchup against Elton John. With a sucessful solo career and the great band Black Sabbath under his belt, can he contiune onward?

Jimi Hendrix - One of the greatest guitarists ever, he also died far before his prime. He had a sound like no other, and no one's had it since. You instantly recognize it the second it plays out your speakers and you listen intently, amazed at what he can make six strings and an amplifier do. Will he continue on to the Elite Eight?

Billy Joel - I never thought he would go this far. He's beat out favortes Tom Petty and Bob Marley. His songs have amazing staying power and are catchy as hell. His great album is The Stranger. But are you in a new york state of mind?

Led Zeppelin - another band that changed the face of rock music. Jimmy Page's frantic guitar work with Robert Plant's bluesy lyrics and high voice made an impossible to resist combination. Pick any album - you'll be amazed. Why not just start at the begining with Led Zeppelin I. They just beat Nirvana - can they beat the Piano Man?

    Sweet Sixteen - South Bracket

Aerosmith - they were big, disapeared for awhile, and then came back just as strong if not stronger. It's hard to say which is their best album, but Pump is a good one to check out. They've beat other popular artists like Dave Matthews and Eminem, so it's not unlikely that they'll do well now.

Eric Clapton - slowhand is one of the most talented guitarists ever. Cream, Blind Faith, and Derek & the Dominos are all legendary bands. He'd be amazing even if you didn't count his incredibly sucessful solo career as well. 451 Ocean Blvd - great album. Great enough to beat those Boston boys?

The Band - or, Bob Dylan's band as they were originally known. But Songs From Big Pink put them on the map with its great songs. They've shut out Bon Jovi and Muddy Waters. Can they put up another shutout or will they feel the weight?

Lynyrd Skynyrd - the band that could have been so much more if Ronnie Van Zandt hadn't died. With guitar force, hometown lyrics, and a catchy piano, them southern boys sure knew how to rock. Will they keep on rocking or will they leave here tomorrow?

Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon. What more can be said about this incredible gang of musicians and arteurs that couldn't be in this one album. Life-changing. We're talking about a band that won against both Green Day and Elvis frickin' Presley! How much more staying power do they have?

Bob Dylan - A musical genius. If you only had a quarter of Zimmy's smarts, you'd be in real good shape. Took the folk scene by force and then changed pop music. The Freeweheelin' Bob Dylan is an album to remember. He just beat out another genius, Ray Charles. Will he continue to the Elite Eight?

AC/DC - what a great band. If you can only listen to one album by them, make it Back in Black. It's great. After trouncing Wacko Jacko, the boys from down under won over Jim Morrison and The Doors in an amazing upset. Do they have what it takes to move on?

The Beatles - legends that will be forever remembered in rock history. They changed the face of music completely with talent and popularity. Any album is great, but Abbey Road was their final great masterpiece. They beat Rush. They humiliated Bruce. How many more bands will fall by their hands?
