I had over 400 contacts and deleted them. I noticed they were still in my deleted contacts and when I deleted from there, there is one that just won't delete no matter how many times I try! HELP PLEASE!

Are the above sufficient or should I go

I changed a contact email address and the category that the contact is in shows the new email address. However, when I send an email to that category, it shows the old email address.
