I have a 5 year old granddaughter that refuses to follow even the basic rules. an example is jumping on the couch and bed.she won't wear her seat belt. she wants you to make her something to eat and when you do she either say's she doesn't like it or changes her mind and wants something else. i gave her a doll as a gift and when she opened it,she said she hated it. she tell's me i'm not the boss of her and i can't tell her what to do. i have never dealt with this kind of behavior. suggestion's please?

i bought a cell phone from wirefly last February.in June,i got a call from a collections agency saying that i owed over $500.00,for cancelling contract & the full price for the phone.i never cancelled,i extended it. today ,i got another notice from a different collection agency,trying to collect $250.00 more.they claim my cell was deactivated in March,and re-activated in May. it has never been de-activated. if i don't pay,they say it will be on my credit report. i have a perfect credit history.I have called many phone #'s,and they are either no good,or nobody answers. AT&T says i owe nothing. has anyone else had problems like this? if so,can you tell me how you resolved them? thank-you so much!

i have a 4 year old male cat with a hernia.it is the size of a golf ball,and until now,it went undetected.it is pressing against his heart,which is pushing the lungs.he has surgery tomorrow. have any of you had this happen to your cat? if so was it successful?the vet said it is going to be very risky,and i'm scared i will lose him.please answer good or bad.thank-you so much

i was told it was a minature when i bought it,it wasn't. we try to trim it to keep it looking nice,but it still doesn't. i've tried straight round-up.my husband dug it out with his tractor a couple years ago,and it comes back as healthy as ever. help,please!

i was shopping a few days befor christmas,and a total stranger started talking to me.he asked for my phone number,and since he was a very decent looking guy,i gave it to him.he called right away,and asked me out.we had a great time,i thought,but he only calls once a month.is he a player?user? we aren't teenagers.he is divorced with 2 kids.same with me.does he want to be friends,or is he a flake? last two times he said he was coming over,he never showed!!! i don't care oneway or the other.is this normal behavior for a guy looking for someone? i don't think so. your opinion?

she is 3yrs. old. this was her 2nd litter.she's an only cat.and always kept indoors. she was a good mother to her 1st litter,but when the kids and i went to the store,and came back less than an hour later,she had killed them.they were in a secure and warm spot,and she had food and fresh water with her. i have never heard of this before.thank's

she is a bengal,very short hair. i give her hair ball med. just in case,but still,she coughs and gags several times a day. she strains real hard trying to puke(sorry) but nothing ever comes up. when i bought her,from a pet store as a kitten, she puked up several kinds of worms.she got treated for that,but is this the problem. do worms come back, or what else can it be? thank-you

it was top of the line when i bought it 5 years ago.now i find out that all the water does not drain out because the drain holes are up too high. this water has ruined so many of our clothes,because it just stagnates,and it leaves a terrible smell in your clothes that you can't get rid of! of course the 5 year warranty ended,and this started!!!
