I have this nagging feeling about guilt's for not doing small deed years ago. i changed states, people died so it is irreversible. why do i remember all of this and i can't remember breakfast today? why i feel guilty? it is eating my brain. why i could not have better judgment then?

i called them multiple times. they refuse to take more than the payment. salliemae want to consolidate federal with signature loans.they have one number for five loans. i don't know how to guarantee that my payment will go to the correct loan?
