Why can't I move a folder on my laptop from Picture (on PC) to One Drive? It tells me the folder is already open. ?
I've had this happen other times when trying to work with something and it says it is already opened, but nothing shows as open. Also when using Task Manager it will tell me files are open, but I have closed everything I can see. Cannot get file explorer to assist me in any way. Are there files taking up space that I cannot see? (hidden files??)

I have a photo that I want to resize to 3"x3". How can I do that on the computer (already scanned)?
I don't have a special program. Paint and Paint 3D are installed on my computer. I would get a program if I was sure it would work and be understandable.

How do I select the image on Bing search to continue to show always?
When I open
Edge in Windows 10 Pro the Bing search engine always comes up. If I click on it the wonderful image will show, but only the first time. I want to keep the image and choose when I want to see the rest. If I delete the rest I just get a blank page. How do I get the image behind the search bar?

I've tried hooking the Roku composite cables directly to the TV and to the converter box and neither seems to work. I have it set on Channel 3 and the converter box is on, TV is on, everything plugged in and batteries in remote. I get nothing. Tried changing channels too. No go. Help! TV is an old Sansui, not flat screen.
