Ive been fatuiged the last few days and today I have had a few times felt like a bird was flaping its wings in my chest.No pain but a feeling of ice in my left shoulder and numbness in pinky finger.also have had diarhia.it hasnt happend for about 3 hours now so should I go to the e.r. or sleep on it and see how tomorrow goes?

I recently lost my job and am not able to get unemployment due to the fact I was considered a contract worker not a employee.we are going to be evicted in 2 weeks and my car recently broke down.I have relatives that will help but we have to get there.I also have to pay off one debt before hand(legal issue).all total we need 1500 to pay off and get there.I have a 1 year old and can't let her suffer any time in a shelter or anything like that.any suggestions?serious help needed not smart aleks or jokesters

our 6 month old had some shots today one of them being a flu shot and the others were normal 6 month shots.tonight she has a fever of 100.8 under arm pit.is this normal?we gave her tylenol. should we go to E.R . or any other suggestions?

The car is a 1996 ford taurus gl and the oil light came on along with rough engine feel and noise.When chek the oil it shows full.but sounds loud and feels rough.Also uses more water now then before.Any suggestions?
