I was entering a house and smelled glue it was dominant throughout the first floor. What caused this odor?
In the basement we saw plastic garbage bags filled with fiber glass insulation. There too we could really smell the odor. The odor was not elmers it was like the glue used for pipes in plumbing or even nail polish remover.

the same as when it was new? I saw a house selling in michigan for 220k, with a buckled wood floor in the basement. a depressed brick floor outside the front door, ceilings to low, a smashed home made fish tank, no back yard - it was at a sixty degree angle- the house was built on a hill, walls had many problems. It had severe problems in every room even outside the house.
