does anyone know any atty who will sue? am having very difficult time getting my payments from long term disability plan from work that i paid into.....they paid me for 6 mos and then just cut me off. i have been awarded social security disability so there is no doubt that i am disabled. if you know any atty in metro detroit that would sue the insurance company who illegally terminated my payments pls let me know.....thks!

i am on ssd--limited fixed income. i filed for bankruptcy when i was working and was not able to complete it so now those people that i owe are calling me all the time. i paid an atty for chp 7 and instead he got me chap 11. can the creitors go in my bank acct and take money out??????

i got ssd in feb 06 however i was retropaid from feb 05. which time do i use to count the 2 yrs necessary for me to wait to get medicare> use the o5 or o6 one???

assuming you have worked enough "quarters" to get ssd and are, in fact, disabled, does the amount of money you have

such as trust fund, spousal support etc have anything to do with whether you are approved for ssd?

my cutie pie dog, fluffy, loves to go in the car but before i can even pull up in front of a store and get out she starts viciously barking. its very embarrassing people stare cause she is barking so loud. i know she doesnt want to behave like that cause she is a little princess HELP!

i applied for ssd and was denied/waiting for hearing in front of appeals judge. no income since 3-1-05--savings are about gone. can i work part time and still be considered for ssd>?
