if you have money, in a trust fund etc, how does that affect your ability to get ssd?

assuming you have worked enough "quarters" to get ssd and are, in fact, disabled, does the amount of money you have

such as trust fund, spousal support etc have anything to do with whether you are approved for ssd?

Yes, the amount you receive from ssd will most likely be a smaller sum since you have money elsewhere. Even if it was just a few $100's in a savings account that would be considered when signing up for ssd. Your best bet would be tio talk with a case worker in your local ssd office
